Beach club refurb

I must not be looking in the right places but I can't tell what is going on with the refurb. Is it only regular rooms or also villas? What changes will be made? If I am going in October do I need to request a refurbished room? Any help is appreciated. Thank you

Both the rooms and the villa's are being refurbed! The villas are starting after the rooms, when it takes place the bathrooms will be part of the hard-goods refurb, and the pull-down bunk bed added to the studio's.

Would like to know the timeframe too since we may get to try BCV for the first time this year.

On the Beach Club blog from the forums it says they should be finished by December 2015
