Help Please, Is "Bonnet Creek Villas" the Wyndham?

Confused, have never stayed at any of the Bonnet Creek properties. Was looking on a online TA site for somewhere to stay for a 4 night stay. "Bonnet Creek Villas" had a great price for the very busy time period I'm pricing.

Trying to figure exactly out which property as to amenities offered before I make a decision (pool, bus service to WDW & resort fees).

If the Wyndham, the property looks huge with different types of buildings. Being near the lazy river would be a big plus for my group, even if the property had an internal shuttle.

Would like to get a handle on resort fees (they are mentioned vaguely on the site but no actual daily cost posted).

Additionally, would assume there is bus service to the WDW parks but no idea as to cost, if any, is standard at the Wyndham BC

I'm seeing average rates of $100 nightly range for: 1BR Villa - 1 king bed and 1 sleeper sofa

Address of property is: 9560 Via Encinas, Unit 2, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830

That sounds like the timeshare side. But, a site offering a "great price" for something that they don't know the name of would make me nervous.

That definitely sounds like the Wyndham Bonnet Creek timeshare, but I would be very leery about booking through a place that doesn't even know the name of it or have any other info about the resort. You said that you are looking for a period that would be very busy so I take it you are looking for Spring break, Memorial Weekend or July 4th. If the price of $100 a night is listed for those dates, (even for a 1-bedroom) that seems kind of low unless you are booking from an owner. There are reputable places and you can find the names of them on this site. I booked my summer vacation from an owner and I'm paying $885 for a week in July in a 2-bedroom. Before you book I would really do some research. It also sounds like an offer where you wound have to go on a timeshare presentation and they give you a 3 or 4 day vacation at a timeshare for a discounted price. You should really read the fine print.

Im also looking for the Wyndham. On expedia and booking dot com, it shows Orlando Bonnet Creek Resort. States that it is AKA Wyndham Bonnet Creek. I am leary, but really want to stay there, lol. I would have thought that expedia would be reliable, no??

on the site I'm checking it specifies that the rental is through Resorts something or other

I called & inquired what would happen if we showed up and were told they were 'over-booked' (which I've had happen in the past thru priceline). Was instructed to call the booking site and they would make sure that 'resorts' would pay for a comparable property.

eh, as indicated in post #2, don't want to worry about that possibility

think i'll check the threads here for a rental

The time share units are called Wyndham Bonnet Creek Resort (rate should include fees and free parking). R/T Fee per person based Park Shuttle Bus.

The hotel connected to the time shares and can use all amenities is called the Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek (resort fee and parking fee). Free Park Shuttle Bus.

There is also the Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Resort which is an older hotel in Downtown Disney that Wyndham bought. (resort fee and parking fee). Free Park Shuttle Bus.
