Town car vs. DME for time?

Ok if I were to do a town car/car service, does anyone know the difference in time between that and the bus?

Either way will be collecting our own luggage... I have separation issues!!! ;P

There are two real differences between using a car service and DME. They both take about the same amount of time to get from the airport to WDW. Time wise though the car service has two advantages, it goes when you get there (no waiting for other passengers) and it goes directly to your resort (no stopping at other resorts along the way). A further advantage of a car service is the ability to stop at a grocery story briefly to pick up snacks and beverages.

When I have used a car service, with checked bags, I have had a time of 60 mins...from gate to resort door. With DME I have had times as short as 55 mins, and as long as 85 mins. Most times have been around 70-75ish. Using a car service allows you to collect your luggage with help from your driver, go directly to your resort, unless you wish to make a grocery stop..which is nice.

Our experience with both is that the car service is quicker, assuming there are no major traffic issues.

Car Service just costs you more money. Plus tips

DME - only for WDW resorts, luggage will get to your room in 3 to 7 hours, after your arrival. Or you can get your own luggage and place it on the DME bus. Cost: tip the drive if he helps with your luggage.
DME buses have been improved over the years.
A nice way to start your WDW vacation - unless you need a food stop,
