What do you think of my touring plan/park days choices?

This is our tentative schedule arriving on the Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend and staying the whole week. This is for 2016  but I used the same week for this year and chose recommended parks per Easywdw. Me, DH, DD (who will be 10 by then). Times are approximate.

Sat - arrive MCO 6:00 p.m.
Sun - sleep in, EP 11-4
Mon - RD AK 9-3
Tues - RD MK 9-2, rest 3-5, MK 6-11 (MSEP & Wishes)
Wed - sleep late, pool/resort day, EP 5-10 (Illuminations)
Thurs - RD HS 9-3
Fri - RD MK 9-3 (or as long as we want to stay...last day at MK)
Sat - RD EP 9-3 (or as long as we want to stay...last day at Epcot)
Sun - depart MCO 10:00 a.m.

We plan on staying at BC/YC, so that's why I have 3 Epcot days (not full days), 2 MK days, 1 AK, 1 HS. What do you think? Too much time in Epcot? I think that we will really love it for some reason. But I guess if we feel like we don't need another day in Epcot, we could spend our last day (Saturday) back in MK (but it is not a recommended park that Saturday).

I still haven't decided if we will do Park Hoppers or not. I was thinking we would hop into Epcot every night for dinner. But we already have 3 Epcot days when we could eat dinner there. The other 4 nights I would like to eat at the Boardwalk/BOMA or Sanaa/1900 Park Fare/Ohana/Swan or Dolphin, etc.

Thoughts? Thanks for indulging me with my super-early planning! :goodvibes

We love park hoppers for the flexibility to go where we want.

I try to avoid MK on mondays ans saturdays unless crowd levela are under 3/4

If you want to do MK your last day, do it. As long as you are at RD you should be able to get your favorites in. You might move a little slower, but there are benefits to that too. We had a great last day at MK on a Saturday!
