Too Crazy of a Day?

Is it insane to go to the Grand Floridian for breakfast at 8:15, then over to HS for lunch at 1030, then to Epcot to spend the afternoon and eat dinner there? I was only able to get the Star Wars Sci-Fi dine-in at 10:30 on that day which I know isn't the greatest time. Should I change my breakfast to epcot and only leave for lunch? If it helps, I will have 1 other full day in Epcot.

Are you staying at the GF? If not, that's a lot of transportation.
Is the 8:15 breakfast QS or TS, a TS breakfast may take long enough that getting to HS for a 10:30 lunch becomes problematic.
Will you want two big meals so close together?
I think the Epcot part of your plan is fine as you can easily walk or boat to Epcot from HS.

Where at GF? I'm a good little eater, and I would have trouble eating a decent breakfast at 8:15 then eating another full meal at 10:30. Where are you staying? Personally, I'd hit the resort QS for breakfast at 7, rope drop DHS to get in a few attractions before my 10:30 ADR, then head for Epcot once I was done at Sci-Fi.

That breakfast and lunch are so close together in time that it looks like too much food all at once, plus having to rush to get from one to the next. I'd skip the GF breakfast that day, and just start off with the Star Wars meal at 10:30AM.

Thanks. I knew it was cutting it close but wanted someone else to reflect that back to me! I know, I'm weird. I moved the breakfast to another day and will just sleep in before my Star Wars rez.

By the time you finish breakfast at GF and get to HS, it'll be close to 10am maybe, give or take? Then you'd have to eat again!??! Would you really be able to eat one meal after the other? I'd skip breakfast that day and just stick to the 10:30am ADR.

I don't know how you will even get to HS in time for the 10:30 lunch, if your breakfast is supposed to start at 8:15.

This!

I know its a breakfast...but If I am waking up early its more like a lunch.

I think the question others are asking is how you are going to eat two BIG meals only 2 hours apart. I dont know you or how you eat, but I would be so sick the rest of the day.

Yah, I know...thats why I moved my breakfast reservation to a different day and stated so in a few comments back.
