Flight Arrival and BOG Lunch

Our flight it scheduled to arrive into MCO at 9:08 am. We typically grab our bags from baggage claim and then head to ME. We are staying at Poly Villas. We have a reservation at 1:05 for BOG lunch. Now I feel like 4 hours is enough time to get to the hotel, *hopefully* check into our room and get settled. I'm wondering if a reservation pops up around 12 noon would that be cutting it too close? Thoughts...

If your flight arrives on time at 9am Orlando time, you should have time to make a noon reservation at BOG - especially since you are staying at the Poly! If you are taking ME (which we did), should take no more than 90 minutes total to get from plane to hotel. Now anything can happen (flight delayed, ME bus takes forever etc), but hopefully it won't!

If it were me though, I would just keep the 1:00 reservation. You can relax and not rush to get to MK. :)

You would likely make a noon ADR. But why add extra stress? Why not leave some time in case your flight runs late?

You could also try to check in a little early if everything runs on time.

I say keep the 1:05! Sound like a perfect time for me! You won't be completely rushing and you'll have some time to get settled in to POLY! And right after you eat, the parade would be starting soon, so it would be a perfect opportunity to see it if you please!

Have a great time!:cool1:

I would keep the reservation. While you could make it, there is something to be said for not being pressured to rush, rush, rush.

As most here have said, keep the 1pm ADR. You especially don't want to be frantic on Day 1 of your trip. If you arrive on time you can be in the MK around noon time and maybe even catch a ride or two.

Have a great vacation!!!
