Nurses Day Pin available in the Parks??

I am a nurse, and I just came across pics of the nurse pins! We will be in MK on National Nurses' Day (May 6th). Will the pin for this year be available in the park?

The official Disney Pin website only lists the pins that will be available in March, so you might have to wait until the April releases are posted before you know. The last Nurses Day pin appeared to be released in 2013 (April 18, 2013), so that's why I would check the April pin releases next month to see if they have one for 2015.

They did just release a pin of Minnie in pink scrubs with a stethoscope and it's open edition. It's not Nurses' day specific but it's cute and should be available. I wouldn't count on a specific one this year as they didn't last year, but you never know.

I know this is an older thread, but in case the OP is still looking, they've announced that the Nurse's Day pin was released on April 23 this year. It features Chip & Dale.

Thanks, Figment! I will be sure to look for this! We arrive tomorrow, and will be in the parks for Nurses' Day, which is 5/6!

i just saw the chip and dale nurses day pin when i was there thurs, 4/23. they had them at the pin store in frontierland. they have a "what's new" section on the wall and the pin was in that, but hadn't been there all week until thurs. maybe they had run out? anyway, they had some thurs. good luck!

There are several pin shops throughout DLR and sometimes they do consolidate merchandise (it seems). I would check the pin shop in Frontierland, Tomorrowland, and Main Street in DL, the one on Buena Vista Street in DCA, and across from the Lego store in DTD.

In terms of the pin itself, it makes sense if it wasn't out until Thursday. The release date is listed at Thursday, April 23rd. Hopefully they'll still have it!
