***The Official May 2017 Thread***

We'll be there (also for my son's graduation from college) from May 9 - 12. BCV booked and paid for! :yay:

I'll join in here since more of our days fall into May. I will be taking my DH and our two little ones for their first trip April 29-May 6. Hubby will also be celebrating his golden birthday/his 30th while we're there. We haven't booked yet as I'll be buying an annual pass when I go for a wedding in Oct.

Oh! Oh! count me in!!! I just booked for May 10th to 19th. I soooooo can't wait. :bounce:

Me and the hubs are heading to Atlanta for my book/author conference the first week of May, then doing a few days in New Orleans then finish off the trip with a nice long stay at the POR before heading back home to Canada!:flower1:

I haven't been this excited to go since our first trip together for our honeymoon! Maybe because it's a longer stay...regardless, I've been living and breathing Disney every day since giving my deposit...Woot!!:cool1:

Is it time to make ADR's yet? Or something?? I want to check something off my list already! All this time until May is making me :crazy2:, lol! My DH is REALLY tired of listening to me rehash which restaurant we should go to for DS3's birthday celebration (I have it narrowed down to 2). Anybody else wishing May was closer? :hourglass

We are headed back May 1-8 for our 29th wedding anniversary. The first week of May is my favorite time to go.. not too crowded or hot. My DS21 will be joining us. I don't think they ever get too old for Disney. We took our sons with us for our 25th ann. they were 24 & 18 at the time lol. Anywho, we will be staying in a one bedroom at our beloved VWL. I'm praying the work will be done otherwise dh will be very pissy. We haven't been since last October so I'm really looking forward to this trip. We take our first DCL in October and will visit EPCOT for the day. That just won't do, time wise :)

I am so excited to say we are going from April 30th-May 4th. I can not wait! My baby girls first trip and all of our first staying onsite. We are doing little mermaid rooms at AOA. The 30th is actually our 6th anniversary, but we are really booking this trip for the kids as a Christmas present. I have never done a stay, I have only done a day here and there (I grew up in fl). So this is new experiences all around.

So we've had some changes to our visit! The dates are the same, but we are pleased to say we've added a family member.

Haha...no babies!

Our nephew is now part of the family. He made the decision to come live with us after an abusive upbringing by both birth parents and stepparents. Here he will be able to finish high school and enjoy some things he's never been able to, like a Disney vacation!! Since we've no outgrown the room at WL, we changed today to the cabins at FW. We are so excited to celebrate DD's high school graduation, but now we can also celebrate DNephew's graduation and first visit. We are counting the days!!

Just booked a room using DVC for the first time, May 9 to 14. I'm hoping to maybe extend to May 15th.
Last couple of times we've been in September, so this will be a change to try May.

:ccat:My daughter and I are booked at AoA for May 17-23. This is my first trip to WDW and I'm sooo... excited. It will be over my daughter's birthday so we will really be celebrating. Room booked, airfare paid for. Already starting my packing list. Did I forget anything?

We are booked for December 20th-27th at CS. We got free dining included because of a bounce-back offer! I know Christmas can be a crazy time in WDW, but we are completely okay with a trip where we can enjoy the Holiday magic without needing to go on every single ride, every day:)...

Edit: I just realized this was for May!

Finally booked today and I'm so excited! May 6-14....4 nights at Contemporary and 4 nights at Beach Club. Kinda wishing I would have extended to the 15th so no travel on Mother's day but at least we'll get in a character breakfast before we leave!:earsgirl:

Family of 3 booked for April 28-May 5 @ AoA:) We are September people so pretty excited to see what this time of year brings, we've never been April/May. I'm reading some good things about crowd levels and the Flower and Garden Festival should be really cool to see. Just can't wait to be back at the World!
