Another foster failure! Congrats on the kitteh! So much fun even when they are all murdery. Congrats on all the plans! I am so jealous; I can't get one plan together. Adulting really is hard.

I know you were set on giving Princess McFlluffybutt up, but it sounds like you made a very selfless decision for her. She's a very lucky kitty. Speaking of which, is she getting better at not clawing you up incessantly?

Congratulations on your cruises!!!!!!!! What a great birthday treat for yourself. I've only been on one too and enjoyed the cruise overall, just not my almost $1000 bar bill at the end (oops). Not sure my wallet could sustain another one, unless of course the disney cruise line starts taking TiW

Do you know I've NEVER done more than my 3 pre-booked FPs? I just could never be fussed to stand in line at the kiosks. But now that you can do it on the app on your phone, I think I'm going to give it a try this time!

I would highly recommend it! And it would probably be relatively easy for you to get FPs since you'll be a solo traveler. What I did on our last trip right after they introduced FP on the phone was start looking as soon as we scanned bands. After you scan, the FP is "used" so you have another one available. It was a good way to use loading time on rides like Pirates where you can still have a little bit of a wait after you scan your FP, and then I could generally get a FP for right after the ride, so we just kind of bounced from one thing to the next. It was very convenient!

AW, I'm so happy you decided to adopt her There is absolutely no way in hell I'd be able to give up a cat after 2.5 months taking care of them. Yes, 3 cats is a lot - I've done it- lots of hair to vacuum up lol! But it's worth it to us cat people

And OMG I wish I could plan that many trips that far in advance! We just started discussing a Disney trip in 2017 since we'll get AP's again in a few weeks when we go and we actually discussed another summer trip next year somewhere else besides Disney but Steve would never put anything in stone so far in advance. He keeps trying to get me on a cruise but I'm a tad afraid.......however the Epic looks awesome!

Your lists are quite like mine. I find comfort in them. LOL! I don't go quite as far planning out each day's outfits, but do have a general idea of where I'm headed with my outfits. My next one is the F&W kiosks, but had to focus on FPs first.

Thinking about my trips and making whatever lists I can think to make helps me to pass the time in between. (Especially when I can't be here on the DIS as much anymore!) Plus, you know, with no husband or kid, just three rotten cats... I got some time on my hands.

She's gotten SLIGHTLY better about it. Either that, or I've gotten slightly better at dodging her attacks. I'm not really sure which.

Most cruise lines now offer unlimited drink packages that you can buy in advance, or onboard on your embarkation day. I want to get the one for my 5-day Carnival cruise, it's $287 (including gratuities). How much I can save up between now and then will be the deciding factor there. However, the unlimited drink package for my 7-night Norwegian cruise next year is significantly more expensive at $650 (also including grats), but they've been running a special where you can get it for only $100, so that's what I did. So I'll be drinking for practically free that week!

I have to plan things this far in advance! No choice in the matter, it's the only way for me to afford my trips. I don't do credit cards, so I save up and pay for everything in real time. So that means that the further out that I plan and book trips, the more months I have to save up and make payments towards them!

And yes, adulting is quite a challenge some [most?!] days....

Okay, so I'm forcing myself to PUT.THE.BOOK.DOWN. And finally do an update. You have no idea how much willpower this is taking, because I'm in the dead middle of a currently 8-book series

On 10/21, I intend on bee-lining it to RnR for the Single Rider line, hence no FP for it.

If you get there for rope drop you won't even need to do single rider. That's what I did and got to ride twice by 9:20

Since I have 3 days worth of FP at Epcot, some of my choices were "Just because I can!"

Well that explains it then! Some of those had me scratching my head there for a minute

Also, I got bored and was feeling like organizing stuff, so this happened...

Seriously? This is beyond my procrastinator mind's apprehension

That, of course, it my first draft Food & Wine indulgements wishlist.

So on July 28th, I filled out the paperwork and paid the adoption fee. She still was spayed on Aug. 2nd, but rather than have to leave her there, I was able to go pick her up and take her home after work. She's found her forever home (on my boobs).

I really do love my little furfamily.

YEP. I've been on one cruise, and it was when I was 13 years old. NO BUENO

I also did one cruise in my early 20s with my family. Loved it and always wanted to go on another one but haven't gotten around it yet. Would LOVE a cruise to the Canary Islands. Hopefully soon

And I got an AMAZEBALLS travel agent rate on that nearly off-set the single supplement fee I have to pay as a solo traveler.

Lucky duck you! I hate those da** single supplements.

So there you have it. I'mma be a busy girl for the next year and a half or so...

I know you've heard this a bazillion times by now but I always knew Cupcake had already found her forever family. She seems to really love her Mama and her brothers!

So awesome that you've got so many trips booked! We did Carnival for our very first cruise and I thought it was great. And I love the way NCL does singles cabins, that's really cool. I think it's important as a TA to try them all so you can give your clients honest feedback.

I totally want to go on that cruise with you next year! Is that super creepy? I knew RC had single cabins I didn't realize NCL did too. My sister and I just got back from a RC birthday cruise for me. The most relaxing vacation I've ever been on. And nothing like hearing Happy Birthday over and over!
