What Disney movie do you wish had an attraction?

I've ALWAYS wanted Charlie and the Chocolate Factory to have an Attraction. Seriously - a chocolate river and a glass elevator? Yes, please. That was one of my absolute favorite fantasy stories when I was growing up. I'd love it so much!
OMG Jackie, what an AWESOME idea - and they could have some kinda thing themed after that "swirly thing" that Veruca Salt goes down into, and an Oompa Loompa Land, etc., etc., etc. Can you tell I can see it too? :)

Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs - bring back this attraction, in a new version, to a 5th Disney World park

Pinocchio - create a new version to be added to a 5th Disney World park

Mr. Toad - bring back this attraction, in a new version, to a 5th Disney World park

Cinderella - create a new attraction to be added to a 5th Disney World Park or Magic Kingdom

Alice in Wonderland - create a new version to be added to a 5th Disney World park

Sleeping Beauty - create a new attraction to be added to a 5th Disney World Park

The Jungle Book - 1) replace The Jungle Cruise with a Jungle Book theme or 2) replace
Kali River Rapids with a Jungle Book theme or 3) add a Jungle Book themed ride to
the Asia section of Animal Kingdom - part Jungle Book, part real animals

Tarzan - Swiss Family Treehouse re-themed to Tarzan, plus meet and greets with Tarzan, Jane, Terk

Toy Story 2 - create a Stinky Pete character for the new Toy Story Land at Hollywood Studios

Monsters, Inc./ Monsters University - at Hollywood Studios turn the Streets Of America into Monstropolis;
create an inverted coaster (indoor) themed to the doors vault; add the Monsters, Inc. Ride & Go Seek
attraction from Tokyo Disneyland

Cars - add Carsland to Hollywood Studios (where Catastrophe Canyon was)

Ratatouille - add the attraction from Paris to the France pavilion

WALL-E - replace PUSH in Tomorrowland with WALL-E

Inside Out - re-imagine the Wonders Of Life pavilion with attractions from this movie

Indiana Jones - 1) replace the Indiana Jones stunt show with the Indiana Jones and the Temple of Peril
or 2) add this attraction to Adventureland

Oh, YES!!!! I would seriously LOVE it more than anything!!! I love that you can see it too!!! :flower:

A Lilo and Stitch rollercoaster - though not sure if I'd want it space themed (Tomorrowland) or Hawaiian themed (Adventureland)

I know, but I still want it to be an Attraction somewere. :P
Hershey Park? it is chocolate themed after all?

I feel like you've put just a little bit of thought into this...
and I cant quite tell, did you want a 5th park or no?

The Emperor's New Groove. I want them to make the coaster than Yzma and Kronk go down when they get to her "secret" lab... they could do some fun gags with the "wrong lever" bit too!

A Lilo and Stitch rollercoaster - though not sure if I'd want it space themed (Tomorrowland) or Hawaiian themed (Adventureland)
Even though I wouldn't be able to ride a coaster because of spine surgery, I can totally see a Hawaiian Roller Coaster Ride! :)

I see some pretty good ideas here. I'd like to keep the Treehouse, though - it captures the spirit of adventure so well. Now, they could add a Tarzan attraction also, that would be pretty cool - more stuff in my favorite land in MK would be great. Is there much room in that area for expansion? It does get pretty congested (maybe if the nice big open plaza didn't have a spinner in the middle of it...)
Ok, let's change the Aladdin spinner to something smaller - someone else jump in here with suggestions. Then we add a Tarzan themed, tree-top walkway - some of the characters could be spotted along the way. Or this could be done in Animal Kingdom? They still have Tarzan over there don't they?
So if there is room to expand, instead of the spinner, lets do a jr. roller coaster or I suppose even a simulator - something the kiddos can ride in an Aladdin themed magic carpet ride. And we need Jungle Book - maybe in Asia in AK, since we already have Jungle Cruise in MK.

Now, in Tomorrowland. Oh. Dear. Lord. I just went on Stitch's great escape. I thought the premise and the pre-show was fine, little long, but it was cute and clever. Then we are loaded into a claustrophobic, headache inducing fake-smoke smelling room and forced to sit there in confusion in the dark, wondering what the purpose of the shoulder harness is and growing more frustrated that the voices can't be clearly heard all the while wishing it was over so the doors would open and I could just get the heck out of there!!!!! Yeah, if they could use that space for something else, I'd welcome it. My sister and I dearly love Lilo and Stitch, but that attraction is not pleasant. I like the idea of a Lilo and Stitch roller coaster (got the song stuck in your head?) so maybe they could do something with Stitch doing something naughty to tourists surfboards and they literally go on a "Hawaiian roller coaster ride"...? See, this is why I'm not an imagineer. Well, maybe they can come up with something really innovative and put in in Future World. Then they could do something with Wall-e or Tron - probably Wall-e in Tomorrowland, that may have better little kid appeal.

And the Speedway - that space could be put to better use. I know lots of kids love it because they actually "get to drive!" My nephew was one of them. But as we walked past it the other night, choking on the fumes, I thought it did detract from the atmosphere - in a Utopia of Tomorrow, you don't imagine smog and gas fumes. What would be a better idea? Something that would have the broad appeal of getting to drive, but would fit the theme much better?

Someone mentioned Robin Hood. That was my favorite as a kid. It is a classic tale that can be told quickly and simply like Beauty and the Beast - perhaps it could be something similar like Enchanted Tales with Belle? If fact there is a scene where some of the children act out the story in the movie. But the setting could be Robin's and his Merry Men's forest hide out. It would be magical.

Well, that was long. But fun to imagine all these new attractions!

Some cast members make that joke now - I rode Figment one evening when there was one other family in line so the cast members operating everything were obviously bored. When one told the other to start the ride, he said 'Pull the lever, Kronk!' so as the ride started moving I yelled 'WRONG LEVER!' and he seemed to appreciate it :D

Robin Hood. I love that movie.

And forget the ride for Willy Wonka, I want an entire theme park! :teeth:

I think Inside Out is perfect for an attraction, especially in the Imagination Pavilion.

I think it's quite possible as well, given that the movie seems to have been a hit plus having enduring appeal.

I think Inside Out would be a perfect addition! Might fit in well at Epcot too.
I would also LOVE to see a Tron-based attraction in Tomorrowland, maybe replacing Stitch's Great Escape.
And as long as we're talking Tomorrowland, how about Meet the Robinson's?!? That was a wonderful film that never got the love that it deserved.

Whatever you do, Disney, please, PLEASE never replace Jungle Cruise or other "classic" rides! They hold so many memories for us long-time DISers. Incorporate Baloo, maybe, but replace JC? No way! IMHO.

-As we watched "Inside Out" the first time, I sat there and immediately thought it would be a great addition to the Imagination pavilion. Either as the basis for the ride itself, or for the replacement for "Captain EO"(not the whole "Inside Out" movie, obviously, but a short adapted for the pavilion). Either way, even though I'm not a Figment fan, per se, he needs to still be involved somehow as a nod to Epcot's roots.

-A "Big Hero 6" attraction is a great idea if it's done well, and would fit in pretty nicely in Tomorrowland. Maybe Hiro and the gang rescue guests from having to sit through Stitch's Great Escape? Maybe call it Escape From Stitch's Great Escape? Just thinking out loud here.

I love that everyone is saying Inside Out is great for the imagination pavilion when all I could think of was Cranium Commandos.

In defense of Stitches Great Escape, what they did with that ride was amazing. They took a ride that was alienating guest by being to scary and re-skinned it to a friendlier theme and the new theme seemed like it fit all along. I personally find the history of the attraction, starting as an Aliens ride morphing into Alien Encounter and then due to guest feedback was changed into Stitch, extremely interesting. I would love some story changes and alter the constraints pushing down on you to make it less uncomfortable. I remember by the third time I rode it I figured out how to game it a bit to make the ride more comfortable, not sure if those tricks still work.

"Inside Out" FOR SURE at Epcot somewhere. If Disney isn't working on this RIGHT NOW I would be surprised. The movie was a huge success and practically begs, begs I say, for an attraction.

I would love a "Jungle Book" attraction at Animal Kingdom. For the music alone. I would love to cruise down a little river hearing all those great tunes.

And where is our "Up" ride? Um. Isn't it made for a ride? A house with balloons. A zeppelin. A talking dog. I mean......
