Biggest ADR Letdown?

Whats your biggest letdown as far as Disney Dinning?

For me it was this weekend at Monsieur Paul. The food was decent, however, our waiter kept trying to up-sell me to the point where I just gave up on ordering what I wanted. Each time I had made a selection he would interject with "May I make one suggestion..." then point to his favorite which was more expensive. I knew where I was and certainly wasn't looking to save money, otherwise I wouldn't have gone in there.

Anyways thats my story, at the minimum my girlfriend and I have a funny joke out of it as a memory. We randomly interject each other with "May I make a suggestion...". Ha

Mama Melrose... food was OK, but the service and the atmosphere weren't good at all. It's the only ADR we had were both DH and I said "Never again!"

Im always dissapointed with 50s Prime Time. The waitress / waiter is either not into it or when they are my food has been cold or wrong. Luck of the draw I guess!

Garden Grill. Entire family walked out in agreement, "Never again."

But a very close runner up is Chef Mickey.

Chef Mickeys. Food was dried out from sitting too long. It was average food like you make at home. Had pre-ordered a cake and they totally got it wrong. Will never go back.

About to try Ohana for the first time and am kind of worried to be honest.

Kona breakfast. The food wasn't bad at all, I'd just read so many rave reviews that the food didn't live up to. Everything we tried (including the tonga toast) can be easily found at almost any local breakfast place (and obviously for a lot less money).

O'hanas. This has always been a must do for us. And we normally pay out of pocket. This time was a disaster. I swear all of the food was undercooked. They RUSHED the appetizers and then pulled them away. Didn't come around too often with the skewers (with the undercooked food LOL!). NEVER EVER EVER EVER again..........

Breakfast at Ohana was our biggest letdown. To start I always reach out ahead of time through Special Diets to discuss dining options for my kids because they have a ridiculous number of allergies and some of them are not easily identified ingredients. This was the only restaurant where no one ever got back to me after multiple requests. After being seated 30+ minutes after our ADR time when the chef finally came out he did not seem all that interested in helping us with dining options. He actually seemed annoyed at having to deal with us. As I knew it would, it took a great deal of time to go through all of the ingredients and determine what was safe and what wasn't. He was able to make safe Mickey waffles, but there wasn't much else my son would or could eat.

When the food came out almost everything was very dry and overcooked. Aside from the delicious juice there wasn't anything else that I enjoyed.

The upside was that the character interaction was great. Stitch was hysterical and ODS had some extra special time with Mickey towards the end when the restaurant was pretty empty. ODS was 5 and had a blast. We also got one of my all time favorite pics out of it with him and Stitch. But it was really the only bad meal we've ever had at Disney.

OHana for supper. Inattentive staff, hard to get refills and meat was cooked deader-than-dead. VERY loud and rather rushed. We also waited 50 minutes past our ADR time.

My first trip to Ohanas in 2002. People hyped it so much and it was pretty awful. Never again!

LTT dinner was also awful, but I wasn't expecting much.

Chef Mickey's--the food just was mediocre at best, the characters rushed, the wait staff flaky.

Ohana breakfast - limited offerings at a high price point, slow service, slow characters. Would rather do a buffet where I can get the food when I want it, and with many more options.

For me it was Via Napoli. I heard how great it was coming up on the past trip and could not wait to try it. I thought it was just ok at best and thinking I would not be going back there again. Epcot has too many other good places to eat to waste a meal here.

We found BOG lunch very underwhelming. The food was just OK. The crowding made it difficult at best to find a seat. The staff seemed just as confused by the chaos as the customers.
