I cannot STAND Heather this season. You are rich. We get it. OMG shut up already about your money and your house and your 500,000 bathroom and your $400 shirts.

I find this season sooooooooooo depressing. Between Vicki's mom dying, Brooks cancer, and Mehgans step daughters mom dying, it's almost too much.

Then Heather droning on about "OH Hello, I'm going to Tahiti and I need a whole new wardrobe!"

I agree with everyone about Meghan and Jim. He's been through 2 divorces so he knows how the division of assets work. I say his downsized home speaks volumes for his belief that the relationship will last.

Meghan's smart enough to know that she'll end up ahead in life by settling for the rich, "old" divorced guy with kids instead of waiting for Mr. Perfect to come along. She can find Mr. Perfect after the divorce.

I am betting since he has been through it before the only wife who cleaned will have been number 1(may she rest in peace). his pre-nup is probably iron clad. More reason she needs to have relevant storyline fast.

On last night's episode, Vicki was the one who bugged me the most. She was so out of line asking why Meghan's stepdaughter's mother wasn't taking care of her.
I also thought it was tacky that she was judging how much time they spent apart considering that her son-in-law is in the military. My husband has been gone a lot...
AND I thought it was tacky that she was questioning how other women spent money. I am pretty sure they have all of that worked out. And what is Brooks bringing to her financial table?

That last episode was BORING! I was like Vicki, over game night. Lol.

I cannot take the affair ordeal anymore. I do feel for her, but watching them work through it on national TV is awkward. He seems so Jekyl and Hyde to me. One day he's buying her a bracelet doting all over her, the next he's aloof? I'm at a loss and I don't think doing this show helps them in anyway.

Oh man, Heather with her $10k or more purchases to contact her husband. Umm, nope! You spent some ungodly amount on cabinets a few weeks back without his consent. And her whole packing routine? Because those "sigh" commercial airlines just toss your bags willy nilly. Oh good gravy, come off that high horse!

I did feel very sad when I saw the mom passed at the end. I feel for that young girl losing her mom. Although I'm not a fan of Meghan I do think she is trying to help give stability to her step daughter.

I hope Vickie apologizes for all her questions in light of her stepdaughter's mother passing. One would think that Vicki would understand the lengths people go through when cancer is present in the family.

Yes, Meghan's stepdaughters mom. She was briefly on the last episode when they were getting the daughter ready for a formal. It made me sad to see how mean the daughter was to her sick mother, but at that teenager stage you are very self centered.

I believe Vickie has a terrible way of expressing herself but many times, she says it like it is. I believe she knows that Meghan is a trophy wife and was saying what a lot of people are thinking. In their circle, marriages don't tend to last long so you need a back up plan. I was a stay at home mom and it did hit me the wrong way at first when she said


"his" money but I think she was driving home the point to make a plan for yourself "in case". I actually did the same to my two daughters. Be self sufficient, if someone comes along great. We were pretty middle class and if we spent anything over $100,($500 now adays) we discussed it. (both of us). I wouldn't say it was because I was spending his money but because I was spending our money. I expected the same from him.

Jim being gone, the problem I have with that is he moved Meghan out to CA, doesn't give her an itinerary. There are rumors out there and has been for a long time that she's a beard. My ex had to travel, I knew what town he was in, what hotel, when he would be home.

OMG I forgot about Heather packing and how her precious shoes needed to be protected with cloth bags and how she uses white tissue paper to pack her clothes. UGH I swear she is doing it on purpose for a story line. Nobody is that vain , are they????? The only thing that surprised me was SHE was actually packing and not some minion!

Shannon is the biggest whiner I have ever seen. Honestly, they need to get rid of her NOW!!!

Megan needs to learn a thing or two. Maybe she'll become a better person as she matures.

Heather makes me laugh. I think she says some ridiculous thing but I bet if someone called her on it, she'd laugh at herself.

Funny no one is talking about Tamara. That's unusual!

And why the heck is what's her name around so much if she isn't a housewife??

I also think that Shannons hubby seems hot and cold. Like one minute he is totally in it to get his marriage back on track and the next minute he looks like he wants to run. I think its the cameras, that has to be rough dealing with all that while being filmed, and he has to feel kind of like a jerk. Plus Shannon seems like she need a lot of coddling right now and I don't think that's in his nature. He looks like he just wants it all to just go away.

I'm cutting her slack on that. The mother of my bff was diagnosed with cancer during our senior year. My bff (her daughter) had a lot of mixed emotions about it. Many times she's be angry or overly short tempered with her mother.

You mean Lizzie? Really, they have thrown her a bone this season, she got to go to Tahiti.
I truly think Shannon was "sick" when she got off the plane because she is so stressed at leaving David home unsupervised. I thought she was going to turn around at the airport and go back home.

Vicki- She is a PITA!! I am a stay at home wife and I do not feel guilty. She wears the pants in the family, she was often mean to Don when they were married and thats why she is divorced again. Brooks wouldn't be there at all if she didn't have the $$$.

Did you read about Tamara's son being arrested last week for domestic violence? Apparently the new wife was cheating on him and he went bat **** crazy.

My old work friends DD has been dealing with this for almost 2 years now-with a step dad-its hard-and she is mid 20's
her Mom died this AM,,,,,

It's often easier and safer
to go to emotions like anger or annoyance.
Allowing yourself to go to a place of fear (or grief) is a much more vulnerable space.

I would always hope that teens dealing with such big issues have a safe place to talk, either with a therapist, understanding teacher, or clergyperson.
