November 2015....The countdown begins!!

T A moved us to all stars from pop to get free dining,all good..it saves us a huge sum of money
I was looking on the WDW website and it was offering free dining at values ,so I figure I will check.
Pop was offered with free dining so,I called travel agent and had her switch back to pop

Was finally able to book airfare today so 1 hurdle down. Now I have 10 days to go for ADRs. I will feel so much better when that is done.

Noticed a lot of people posting on the boards saying they are going to WDW in November so figured I'd peek in here. Will be there Nov 10-16. Going with my mother and her boyfriend for 5 of those days. Had a lot of issues with ADRs when I booked them, got some late ones I would like to trade to earlier dinners and of course, no BOG for lunch. I am kind of neurotic so it's killing me not having our ADRs the way I wanted them to be! But I'll keep on checking... Wondering how busy it's going to be, last time I was there was in February of 2012 and it was pretty quiet, only issues we had were getting FPs for Soarin and Toy Story Mania, but that was pre-Magicband era.

I thought the week before Thanksgiving would be slow but, at least from reading these boards, it seems like it's a popular time! I just got an email from Touring Plans increasing the crowd predictions for mid-November. It makes me nervous...we usually go at the end of January but have been noticing increased crowd levels at that time so thought we'd try the week before Thanksgiving. Looks like other people may have that same thought, or I'm just being paranoid!!

What did they increase it to! Calendars I've been seeing have given it around 4-6, which is considered "moderate" but Veteran's Day seems so busy. I didn't even realize people had off that day, I certainly don't! But I am also not in school

The email I received was for our dates of November 14-20 and there were changes for the parks and resort wide (so a long email) but November 14th resort wide went from 3 to 5, the 15th 3-4, 16th 2-4 (with a jump from 1 to 4) at MK that day), and the rest of the days were a jump in 1 level for the most part.

So...still not bad but given the crowds we saw at the end of January that were supposedly 1's and 2's, the 3's and 4's start to make me nervous! Plus the fact they are going up 6-months out, I wonder if that means they may increase more? This is my first time using Touring Plans and I haven't checked out easywdw's crowd calendar recently to see how they compare...again, I just get anxious around crowd levels since we can travel almost anytime and I'd like to plan about low crowds when we can...although that seems near impossible these days!!

I know how you feel, we can pretty much travel whenever and I was just hoping to at some point go to the Food and Wine festival. We had a trip to see Family get cancelled so figured I'd look into a WDW trip and lo and behold the prices were pretty reasonable, so we booked.

Hopefully we'll get lucky!! Plan for the worst and hope for the best right?!?! I'm still excited for the trip and to try WDW in November!

Wanted to book before that specific room was sold out. But It'll be nice if we can save a little money in the end . If anyone else will be there the same time, lemme know!

Maybe someone can help with my plans. I want to see the Osborn lights really badly, but our only day we can do is the first day they open, 11/6, which happens to be our F&W day. I don't have a lot of wiggle room for switching days around, but do you think we could manage to leave Epcot around say, 430 to go to DHS, see them for a bit, and get back to Epcot at some point after?

We're at GF November 14-20 at rack rate...am confident we can get 30% soon!! Fingers crossed!!

*positive vibes* I know there have been a lot of posts about the ADR system and people not getting what they want right away but I didn't have that problem, thank goodness. So it IS possible for things to go smoothly!

Just found this thread, going Nov 19-29. All of you making ADRS, don't sweat it too bad, I had no problems getting exactly what I wanted at the times I wanted even the first day, and I had every hard to get restaurant that I'm hearing are impossible to get. So it is possible to go smoothly.
