Anyone who is considering taking the really little ones to Disney and are hearing mixed advice as to whether or not you'll want to make that trip. DO IT!!! I promise you won't regret a single moment of it. Here is our latest trip with a 5 month old and and a 2.5 year old. It was incredible and we had a fantastic time. Don't be discouraged by those who say not to take babies. They don't know what they're missing!!

I can't watch the video right now because I am at work, but we are headed down next week with our 3 month old in tow!!! DH and I and his sisters can't wait to show him our favorite place!!!

I absolutely love your video! we took our 2 year old son last year, despite what everyone told us saying he was too little, he had an amazing time! he was laughing and dancing all the time, we are going back November this year with our son and our daughter who will be 10 months at the time, you video just made me get even more excited!

Been twice now. Once when they were 15 months, and once when they were 2 1/2. Wouldn't have missed either trip. Worth ever minute, and every penny.

Why would you care what other people think? Do what you like.

That is a REALLY long video to post here. Maybe you could edit it down to less than a minute if you want people to watch; reminds me of those old sitcom episodes where the hosts invite people to watch their home videos after dinner, and everyone sneaks out before the movie ends, ;)

Your video was AWESOME. I am bringing my daughter in May for the first time and she will be almost 5 months...and I CANNOT wait! This video made me realize that A) I'll probably be bawling a LOT, and B) she will have a blast.

I'm sorry that you did not enjoy our video. I made it as a memory for us to have when our children get bigger so we can show them this trip. We love to watch other people's videos prior to our trips to get excited. I also wanted to encourage others to take their young children and show them that it can still be a great time.

Thanks for all of the other posts and compliments. For all of you who have trips planned with your little ones - have fun!!!

Thanks for posting this. We have our first trip with our kids planned in October, our kids will be almost 4 and just over a year. When I tell non-Disney people we're going, they look at me like I'm nuts. I start second-guessing, and I remember that my husband and I would visit the parks (when childless) and swear we would never take young kids. Watching the first few minutes of your video had me tearing up and knowing EXACTLY why we're going. And I am going to steal some of your adorable photo/video ideas for my own trip! (The two mouse ears together - awwwww!!)

I didn't watch the video, but I agree that it is 100 worth it to take young kids to Disney world. The magic joy of it all is amazing.

Thanks for posting. We are taking our DS who will be 3 months in November (along with our other DS who will be 5). I am a little nervous about taking the baby but your post made me feel better

Wow. Your 5 month old is big. she was able to sit up on her own at 5 months?? She is adorable.

What you don't see in the photo is mom standing about 3 feet away (just out of the camera's vision) running in after each shot to make sure she doesn't fall over :)

Yup, took my daughter at 9 months last October and it was an amazing trip. Going again this September when she's 20 months.

Loved your video!!!
Really encouraging! :)
Which month did you go?
Did you stay on/off property?

Thanks!

So cute!
We took DS for his first trip at 4 1/2 months and it was a wonderful trip. It was around Christmas time so seeing his eyes light up when he saw the Christmas tree at MK and the Osbourne Lights at HS was something that DH and I will never forget. Our only goal that we had for that trip was he needed to get his picture with Mickey at MK. It was quite a surprise when we walked into the meet and greet and there was Mickey and Minnie together. I love seeing the characters dote on the little babies!

Thanks so much!! We went in January and stayed offsite at the Embassy Suites on this trip. The last 2 that we went on were at Boardwalk and Beach Club and we had an awesome time at both of them as well. We thought that we wouldn't like being offsite as much, but having the rental car was actually really nice, as we aren't huge bus fans (hence Boardwalk and BC as we were so close to 2 parks).

We are actually heading back to WDW here in 3 days and are going to do a LIVE TRIP REPORT HERE. We always have fun vicariously living through the live trip reports and figured we could pay back those that took the effort to do them :)

Awesome! Just with the fact that there are so many stimulants of color and sound in Disney, it's worth taking young kids. The youngest we've taken is our oldest which was 6 at the time and he loved it. Our youngest out of 3 will be 10 months when we go in December for New Years... can't wait!

Loved the video! Hoping to take our DS for his first trip in November when he'll be 2y2mos.

Do you have a trip report to go with this video? I'd love to read any pros/cons, tips, etc.
