Breakfast - What's your favorite sit-down breakfast spot and which item?!

We are doing 2 breakfast at Be Our Guest and 1 lunch! :) do both!

Crystal Palace -Pooh's Puffed French Toast
Tusker House - Mickey Waffles and Tater Tots (weird, I know, but for some reason, they were memorable :-))

I am a huge breakfast lover! I'd eat breakfast foods all day if I could. I love booking TS breakfasts in Disney... there is no better way to start an early morning before hitting up the parks. My favorites include Grand Floridian Cafe- this is a must do each trip! I love the vanilla-laced french toast w/ sausage. It is amazing! I also love Kona Cafe- I always get the macadamia nut pineapple pancakes. We also love Crystal Palace- an early prepark opening adr and we love the buffet choices. I really want to try Tusker House sometime.

Starbucks for a Black, No-Sugar Quad-Espresso.....then to the rides......we break for an early lunch or snack our way to a later ADR.

In general, we eat a large breakfast for convenience, not the food. Only way this happens is if we are all awake early enough to walk-up to our hotel restaurant and have a large breakfast before arriving for Rope Drop.

Unless there is an oyster or lobster (maybe unshelled crawfish) attached to the menu, neither my wife nor I would travel or make extra vacation time for breakfast. And given that I am borderline diabetic, uber-sweet breakfasts are just not workable and no omelette is worth a journey unless a truly good meal or great company was being offered. We have missed Park time to have a meal with family members uninterested in the Parks.

And on those days when we have evening plans inside the Parks instead of arriving at Rope Drop, only the exotic flare at Boma and the juices and carved meats of Fresh (inside the Dolphin) are worthy of something more than a qwik bite or room service.....But only if we are staying at the respective resorts.

I could point out the convenience of being inside Parks before Rope Drop or seeing Characters at breakfast, but then the conversation would not be about food and a special dish.

**The best breakfast I ever had at Disney was the last bite eaten at a pre-opened (to park time) Akershus that allowed my family to get on the Anna & Elsa Meet-n-Greet standby line with only about a 10-20 minute wait. Those Meet-n-Greet lines were hours long before the sisters moved to MK and folks could get FP+ to get photos and autographs.

Trail's End for breakfast is great. We are trying Tusker House and Akershus for the character interactions with our 2YO DD this time. I went to Akershus several years ago and the potatoes were heavenly!

My favorite is the Samoan at Kona. It's a Hawaiian take on eggs benedict and so yummy!

A second to Boma. They have a whole ham out in the morning that they're carving and a great omelet station. If you can't tell, I'm firmly in the savory breakfast camp.

I'm not a big breakfast person but DH loves the buffets at Boma and The Wave.

Any place that serves DAT JUICE!!!

I dig basic breakfast stuff so everywhere really makes me happy. I do love Konas stuffed French toast.

Our favorite by far is Boma. Favorite offering is the warm bread pudding (I think it's French Toast bread pudding) with sauce.

We generally like Crystal Palace, but feel it wasn't at it's best last time we were there- so i have stopped recommending it until I try it again.
In february we tried Trattoria al Forno for the first time for breakfast (and dinner!). It was excellent, and out new go to for sit down breakfast! We tend to only do one sit down breakfast. The rest of the trip tends to be granola bars or instant oatmeal in the room.

LOVE Be our Guest and tusker house. Hollywood and Vine was good as well.

For buffets that also serve lunch, get the last breakfast reservation time. You'll pay the cheaper price and get to try both breakfast and lunch.

What did you have at Trattoria? The menu has so many yummy sounding options!

Tusker House - Mickey Waffles and Tater Tots (weird, I know, but for some reason, they were memorable :-))

The tater tots we had at Boma in November were DEEP FRIED. Maybe Tusker House did the same? It WAS memorable ......

We have several...
Kona, I really like the Macadamia Pineapple Pancakes, and sometimes get the Big Kahuna breakfast which includes the pancakes along with some standards like eggs and choice of bacon or sausage. Tonga Toast is really good, but way too filling that early.
The Wave and Trails End are both really good buffets, with each having comfort food, but unique items as well.
Olivias, all the plates here are good
Boma, just flat out different tastes all together, but really good

We tried Tusker for the first time this year. I think Chef Mickey's is okay, but it has a very "cheap" feel to it.

I was fighting a cold when we went to Crystal Palace which kind of ruined it for me. It was very good, but I was more worried about eating pineapples (my cure for a cold and post-nasal drip) than the waffles or french toast. I'm trying to sell my family on breakfast at CP this year for Christmas, though!

Tusker was good. I love the traditional breakfast foods but I REALLY like trying something 'different'. THat's why I love Boma for dinner so much. I love steak, but I really love steak with a side of an African salad! Tusker had these delicious breads - an orange bread (which had amazing flavors) as well as a corn bread with real pieces of corn! It also had your traditional breakfast fair - as well as fresh ham! The hit for me was the bobotie!

I'd recommend Tusker. I really enjoyed it!
