**Official Frozen Sing-Along, Oaken's, Holiday Premium Package Tips, updated 1/5/15

Is the check-in line for the premium parade package the kind of line it would be appropriate to have half your party get in and the rest join you right before check-in? I know you can go & come after you check-in so I'm hoping this would be appropriate too but I don't want to do it if it's frowned upon. Thoughts???

This is what we did. I stood in line in direct sun. My dh and ds stayed in the shade then joined me.

Would it be feasable to attend the 1:30 sing a long if you have a FP for Star Tours from 1:25 to 2:25?

For anyone who has purchased and used the package. Is it really worth it? I'm rethinking the package. It seems I would be paying $245 for desserts. The seating doesn't seem like you have to wait on line for that long and the fireworks view doesn't seem to be worth it. I would have the desserts and then have to move somewhere else for a better view. I just don't want to feel like I paid for something that I can get for free. (Not the desserts) but everything else.

I'm struggling with this too! I'm also a bit peeved that I have to pay full adult price for my 13 year old who doesn't drink, but that's the Disney way. The desserts sound fun but for that amount of $$ we could have a REALLY nice dinner somewhere! I'm glad I have until August 12 to read reviews and possibly cancel.

I am sure ppl that attended the dessert party loved it, but just our own opinion--- we didn't do the package, but just a few things --- the fact that there are no seats/chairs would been rough for us-- as far as the fireworks view--- we were there last night- close to the stage--- the dessert party ppl in the front started moving back- if you are too close up, your view is somewhat obstructed by the stage--- just something to consider---

1. Is it hard to get a spot to watch the procession? Where and when to grab a spot?
2. Is it hard to get a seat at the Sing-along? When to go?

3. Is it hard to get a spot for the fireworks? How early to line up?

We don't have the package and picked up tickets to the 12.30 show after the 10.10 Jedi training academy show, there were loads. The show was fab!

We also did the snowman building and bought an Olaf magic band and plush in the shop. We also got the Olaf magic shot and the Anna and Elsa one inside Funland.

Just for info, we had lunch at Pizza Planet and one of the desserts on ddp is an Olaf cupcake.

Here's my first DHS fireworks viewing map attempt…
Anyone with input, please let me know.

Do you think you could put together a map that has all of the "Frozen" activities on it? I would really appreciate it as it would help me really "see" where everything is!

This is very helpful thank you.

How long do you think you spent in the Funland? My kids won't be skating either. I was estimating 30 minutes for photos / playing in snow (although we get enough of that in NY in the winter) and 20-30 minutes for shopping.

Trying to map out my day as efficiently as possible:

1) What attractions are next to / near Premier Theater?

2) What attractions are next to / near Oaken Trading Post and Funland?

Thanks

I'm not usually in HS very much. Can someone be more specific about where to find the Premier Theater and the ticket distribution for the singalong? Maybe using points on the map they give you at the parks? I'd really appreciate it!

We just finished up the day at DHS. We ended up going to the 130 sing along. We got our tickets at 1030. They still had tickets to the 1230 at that time. We got in line around 110 and were able to get seats in the center although we were one of the last ones. A lot of the wait area is shaded which was nice. The show was cute and worth it...especially if you have little ones.
