Hi,

I am in the UK and need to send our cake order form and gifts & amenities order forms to DCL.

The form says to fax to them or post to them. I would much rather email them across as fax doenst really exist here anymore and who know how long the mail will take!

Does anyone know who I can email thee forms to? Last time our TA did it but we don't have a TA this time round.

Thanks for your help!

I discovered this form today, too and am surprised about the old fashioned procedure.
I think there's still a fax in my husband's office but not sure how happy they would be with overseas faxing ;).
Hopefully someone knows an email address...

At least in here in US you can also call DCL directly and order items. You might be able to do this also.

You can also send it snail mail. The address is on the bottom of the form.

Or Mail to:

Understandable... I don't know why you just can't do it on the site.....

I'm just surprised that a company that earns its money with modern technology doesn't have an online option for things like that :confused3.

I think I'll go for the retro experience of mailing a letter, haven't done that for quite some time.

I agree mimmi, they should just let you buy these things on the website and either pay for them upfront or charge to the on board account.

I too think I may do it the old fashioned way and go with snail mail!

When I ordered our "Bon Voyage" package, I just called them and they sorted it out for me very quickly.

Same here, we had a cake and the romance package (bubbly and robes), one quick phone call and it was sorted. It isn't so expensive to phone the US if you go through one of the free cheap calling services first and if the exchange rate is good (as it is as the moment) then it's better having to pay up front than having it charged to your on board account or waiting for mail to arrive by when the rate might have dropped .

:offtopic: What kind of Bubbly do you get I assume Asti, but you know what they say about assumptions

You really don't want to e-mail those forms, or use an internet based free fax program for them. Your credit card information is on there, and with no encryption, you're opening yourself up to identity theft and fraud. This is likely why Disney doesn't have e-mail addresses posted. You can encrypt e-mail before you send it, but many non-tech savvy people won't know how to do it.

An international call is expensive, but I guarantee you it's a lot cheaper than having your identity stolen. Don't save a few pennies by trying to send this stuff electronically.

Trust me - I deal with this stuff for a living.

I've called directly twice to order the Rainforest Spa day pass without a problem. Only problem is you live overseas. Good luck!

I thought that it was only DCL who was so antiquated as to require the form to be faxed but I ordered wine for my father who was cruising Princess and it was the same thing. You can only call, mail (snail-type) or fax and apparently it's not just Disney.

Having said that, I've faxed DCL to order wine in our cabin 7 times (including twice for Med cruises) and to Princess 4 times for my father and it's been there every time without a problem. Once Princess called me after I faxed the form in because my father was booked under his first name (he uses his middle name) and they wanted to confirm that they had the right person as I didn't have his cabin number.

It may be vintage technology, but it seems to work just fine.

Hi there

There's a uk 0800 free phone number on the DCL site that I call for everything. I'm 100% sure it gets you through to the same call centre as the US number.

ETA: here's the number - 08004561230

Hope this helps!!! :)
