Disney Fantasy August 15, 2015

I'd like to start a group for the August 15, 2015 sailing of the Disney Fantasy! Welcome aboard!

Yay! I've been waiting for someone to start a thread because I usually post from my phone and didn't know how to add the link.

Lol... I was starting to think we were the only ones on the ship!

This will be our second DCL cruise, but we are bringing along my husband's parents and his brother and wife. It will be their first cruise ever, but they are excited after hearing about our trip last month

We went on the Magic in 2012 but have never been on the Fantasy. What ship were you on last month?

We were on the Fantasy. Actually we were on the exact same itinerary because that's what the family wanted . So we will do some things on the ship that we didn't get to do the first time and some different things in port too. It will be fun

Then you should be able to answer all my questions! Did you think the Fantasy was too crowded?

Hi Christine! I'm so glad there are repeat Fantasy travelers on this thread.

I would definitely be interested in an FE but don't want to organize it. From what I've seen on Facebook people are getting pretty serious about them.

I did not feel the Fantasy was too crowded, but I have nothing to compare it to. It may feel more crowded than one of the classics, but since it is bigger I don't think it will. We went during spring break so I think it was equally as busy as it will be in the summer...? The lines for characters did get pretty long, but again I can't compare to the smaller ships. The theater did fill up for the shows too, so we had to go a little early in order to get 6 seats together for our family. We loved every second on the Fantasy

We definitely want to join another FE group. We had a ton of fun last time

Is it easier for us to start a FE list now that there's just 3 of us or should we wait until there's more people.

My 8 year old niece (who will also be on the cruise) is looking for a same age pen pal. She wants to get to know someone & then meet up on the trip. Anyone have an 8 year old who would be willing to correspond with her?

I have an 8 and 9 (10 in June) daughters, they would love that. They loved meeting new kids on board last time.

I have a 7 year old and 8 year old boys. They will be 8 and 10 on our sailing. I don't know if they want girl pen pals, but I can ask . Sometimes girls have cooties, you know? LOL
