~WISH Away The Pounds~ AMAZING APRIL 2014 Challenge! *All Welcome!*

I use fitday.com. It's not the most up-to-date website out there, but I've been using it off and on for 4 or 5 years and I like the fact that most everything I eat is already saved in my profile. When I'm tracking faithfully, I can lose weight. When I don't, I tend to cheat and eat mindlessly and the pounds pack on.

Isn't that the truth? :thumbsup2

I am a WW member and I have an iPhone but I am still REALLY bad at tracking. I liked the point about only tracking on days that you want to lose. I know I am more successful when I track, but like others, almost everything I eat is homemade, so it takes more effort. I just have to decide that the results are worth it! :)

There is a feature where you can save your recipes on WW so you don't have to input them every time. It's takes awhile to build up but is easier the longer you use the etools. You can also do meals for easier input -- I rotate through a couple of breakfasts so it is easy to track. :goodvibes

As long as you find a system that works for you, that is what matters most.

This is absolutely true! :thumbsup2

Sounds like you have a busy week ahead of you, Pamela! :flower3:

How many calories are we working on for, say 100 lbs to lose? There will come a time when I know I will need to analyse more closely, but I figure, if I can lose with the way things are now, then stay with that for now. Have ordered in a delivery of diet meals as it is school holidays over Easter and I know that being out of routine can lead to snacking and I need to keep things under control or at least try. So I have 4 weeks of the diet plan.

Having a diet plan is a good way to not have to track -- someone else did all the calculating for you. :cool2:

Tracking helps you have a realistic idea of what your intake is on any day -- study after study shows that it is incredibly easy to underestimate the number of calories you consume.

I think when you have a larger amount of weight to lose it is better to break things down so it doesn't get overwhelming. Let us know how your plan is working for you! :thumbsup2

I MUST track - and I use MyFitnessPal. I used to cheat sometimes on it when I was embarrassed to put what I actually ate in, but I figured out that there is no point in doing it wrong. I just got a bunch of DIS members as friends and love to see everyone's progress, so if anyone else here would like to add me, I am eclemens428.

I also wear a BodyFit which coordinates with MFP which I love as well. Except the exercise does not show up on my feed on MFP, so I feel kind of bad when I see others' awesome posts about "burning 621 calories," etc.

Hmm, can you manually input your BodyFit data on MFP? Just so you have the whole picture in one place? :goodvibes

I am a myfitnesspal girl and have been for years. I also have my fitbit linked to it. I go through phases of using it and not. I have been tracking for 60 days today according to the app.

Kudos to you on your tracking streak! :yay:

WW, baby! Through the website or the iPhone app. It helps me to keep to my routine and to stay on track, but I honestly don't "learn" a lot from my data. As I lose weight, I'm finding that my metabolism is always changing, and a splurge meal of a slice of pizza does not affect me and my weight the same way it used to. While I feel grosser than I used to, I don't gain as much from one splurge meal.

Do you ever use any of the progress reports available on WW? That might help with learning from the data. I think your point that your body is constantly adapting and what works this week may not work the next is a great one! We are always a work in progress! :thumbsup2

Qotd: I am using my fitness pal. That and bits of paper I leave all over the kitchen/ dining rooms! I'm tracking my exercise on it as well as mapmywalk and of course I have spreadsheet to keep track of total minutes for the exercise challenge thread.

Whatever works for you! :thumbsup2

One of my WATP friends who paper tracks folds an 8 1/2 x 11 piece of paper into 1/8th and uses one square for each day and notes in the last box -- fits in a pocket quite nicely.

Morning all!

I"ll BBL to chat!..............P

I'm the worst and don't write it down. But I have my eating times and everything is already portioned out. So I know what I'm eating.

Overall good week! DBF is away at his brother's bachelor party and when I'm alone I tend to be a little bad with my eating. But I had portioned everything out and it's the only things around so I didn't over indulge in treats.

I'm loving my nutribullet, but I feel like I get hungry really soon after eating so if any one has a good protein powder or something to help make that more filling I'm listening! I've tried greek yogurt and I'm a little meh on it.

Good luck with everyone's weigh ins!

Thanks to those who commented on my morning exercise problem. Today I did it again, but I got up earlier and had about 30 minutes before I started. It was easier today, but that might have been that it was cardio, not strength training and therefore easier in a way.

No time to chat, as I am on my way to work for the day, but I want to apologize for not getting the first two posts updated. Last night got away from me! I'll have time tonight to get it done though!................P

I haven't Pm'd you at all. I guess I should get on that, huh?

Hmm, I refuse to answer the QOTD today. We are taking a Royal Caribbean cruise in May out of Port Canaveral. We were planning on a night or two at WDW since we will be so close, but $500 for 2 days is just too expensive! So we are now going to spend the night before in a cheapish place in Cocoa Beach. I am sooo excited about our cruise, but disappointed about flying into MCO and yet not getting on the magical express.:sad2:

Hi everyone
I just joined the challenge. I did horrible the last few months.
I hope everyone is having a great day.

Well the scale was kind today. I think my big silly poster I made helped! The kids liked pointing out the slots that did not have a smiley face where I did not eat OP :goodvibes and my oldest liked being the one to draw the smiley so I let him.

Had so much fun the Queen sing-a-long but I think the dude next to me was dragged by his girlfriend! Well that didn't stop me and my GF's from belting out Queen Classics! Not the best choices on the menu but I chose a baked soft pretzel. Everything also was big or cheesy!

I'm so unmotivated today! I got my workout in so that's good. Actually increased my time to 41min on the bike but since then I'm just being lazy! Think I'm already starting the weekend - which actually stresses me. After my weigh-in I have a bad tendency to splurge and I ate some Easter candy I had stashed :( So 260 calories down the drain. I keep telling myself be strong for now to lose the weight and THEN I can snack and exercise and maintain but I just don't seem to listen :confused3

OK this splitting headache and pms is also not helping the lazy factor!

Have great weekend!!!

:sad2:Dona-SO sorry to hear about your dad and friend. to you!

Rose-not giving up on you joining us Floridians just yet! :thumbsup2

To all the CT peeps - :wave2: I lived there for 30 years before getting so sick of the winters that I got the heck out of Dodge and moved to the land of the Mouse. Well, almost...:goodvibes

Name your TOP 10 Disney "experiences" (rides, shows, parade, etc) in priority order!

1. Country Bear Jamboree - the only thing the DH has ever actually WANTED to go see (alas, he is a non Disney Dork :sad2:)

2. Afternoon margaritas at La Cava del Tequila:tongue:

3. Seeing how many times we can watch British Revolution during any given 8 hour time period :lmao:

4. Illuminations

5. Mickey's Jingle Jungle Parade :woohoo:

6. Festival of the Lion King :simba:

7. Great Movie Ride (can't get enough of Casablanca) :hyper:

8. Snarfing down a cream cheese pretzel in America while watching the Spirit of America Guys

9. Screaming my head off on the Rockin' Roller Coaster :scared1:

10. Seeing the fireworks from our hotel balcony

I am going to join in. I haven't been here since Dec. I was struggling with a friend's death. Now I am dealing with my dad's death. He died yesterday on his 89th birthday. I will probably get started next week.

I will introduce myself then.

Welcome back--sorry for your loss.

This will be a FUN FRIDAY question!

Name your TOP 10 Disney "experiences" (rides, shows, parade, etc) in priority order!

1. Fantasmic at Disneyland with the new dragon.
2. "rescuing" a kitten just outside of the gates at Disneyland and getting an honorary citizen button.
3. Space mountain
4. Feeding the kitties jerky at Hungry Bear.
5. Riding in the Lily Bell with my daughter
6. Seeing Crush and when crush asked what a boy's favorite color was--he said fish lol. You should have seen Crush's exression...
7. The lobster nachos at the cove bar
8. Pommes frites at Cafe Orleans
9. Riding with the Captain on Mark Twain
10. Dreams come true fireworks

Welcome

Missed some days here-- caught up now. I'm officially in for April.

Been fighting a cold my husband and son have had it finally caught up with me last night. :headache: Think I'll go and just use the jacuzzi and sauna today and I can do a full workout tomorrow.
Decided to be a booger on April fools and did 3 pranks. First I told my boss I'd have to go to Disneyland with my co-worker since he obviously doesn't know what he's doing and hasn't been doing my homework for him...she about passed out--having the both of us gone the same time would be catastrophic lol. Then I emailed my co worker who's going and told him I would be going the same time, making sure they are up at dawn and there for opening every day and stick to my well regulated schedule lol. Then I caught my Mom on facebook and told her I'd just received a bunch of orphan kittens we we're bottlefeeding lol. (I have close to 30 cats at this time)
Ha-- got them all, Jason even went to work asking if I'd asked for time off lol.
Well I better go be off to the pool, ttfn Susan

Hmm, can you manually input your BodyFit data on MFP? Just so you have the whole picture in one place? :goodvibes

If you press the button on the BodyFit device, it simultaneously updates the BodyFit phone app and MFP. MFP shows the calories burned to me, it just does not put them in my feed. Therefore, all my friends think I just sit around all day!

As for the QOTD, I cannot answer this! Our upcoming trip in Oct is our first trip! I love reading about everyone else's top things to do, though, as I am currently in crazy planning mode. ADR reservations come up on Monday morning!

Welcome to our new members! You will enjoy your time here.

This week has not gone well. Why did I have to eat all of the cupcake batter? :confused3 Let's get back on track!

Favourite Disney Moments...

10. The first shower after we arrive - with the horrible Florida water - reminds me that I have arrived at Disney!
9. Beating my husband at Buzz Lightyear - we are both more then a little competitive
8. Beating my husband at TSM - it has only happened once -I always mess up on the little green men screen
7. The boat ride in The Land - I really miss the song, though
6. Hearing ...Por Favor... on the monorail loop
5. Hearing ...dead men tell no tales.... on Pirates
4. The new ending at the Haunted Mansion - and how much DS4 LOVES it
3. Lazy afternoons spent poolside at the Fort - with an ice cream sandwich, of course!
2. The new script for Spaceship Earth - it was written by James Burke, and I use his Connections series all the time in my classroom. He has such a distinct speech pattern that I only hear his voice as I ride - no offence to Judy Dench

And finally....

1. Watching DS7 dance with Belle - truly heartwarming -until we started to leave and he leans in and says "Is that it? I thought I got to marry her." I snorted, I was laughing so hard!

Have a fantastic weekend! :goodvibes

How many calories are we working on for, say 100 lbs to lose? Have ordered in a delivery of diet meals as it is school holidays over Easter and I know that being out of routine can lead to snacking and I need to keep things under control or at least try. So I have 4 weeks of the diet plan.

You shouldn't base your daily calories on how much you have to LOSE, but rather what your weight is right now. I couldn't give you a formula, but I'm sure that you could find one on the web.

Love to hear more about your food delivery!

I take a very intensive fitness class 3-5 time a week before work. My hints...I eat a greek yogurt about 45 minutes before class. Now that 45 minute holding pattern means I have to get up 45 minutes earlier, but it is worth it. I get up, eat my yogurt, vitamins and 2 cups of water. Then take the dog for a 45 minute walk and then go to class. The protein and sugar in the yogurt combined with the water really seem to help me and the 45 minutes makes it somewhat digested so I don't feel like I have two throw up.

What a great plan.... and you get a double workout with the dog walking!

I have an app called trendweight. It is linked to something (MFP or fitbit). I don't remember which. I only have to put my weight in MFP and trend weight grabs it automatically. I only go on there every few weeks to see my graph. I just went on and it estimates I will be at my ideal weight November 10th based on my trends. Not sure if that makes me  or  though.

That sounds great.... goal weight right before the holiday season!:thumbsup2

*****

Pretty good day today. I weighed the same this morning as yesterday, I am expecting my period this weekend, so I expected to be a little bloated and heavier this morning. Maybe I will avoid the bloat this month! Outside of that, I actually have a few hundred calories to eat still today and the day is almost over. I was flawless with my eating today and my dinner was really low cal. I buy into a fresh meal service, so I had them prepare lunch and dinner today and it was steamed veggies and a very small serving of mac and cheese. Dh is going to opening day for our local baseball team, so I also bought lunch and dinner for tomorrow. They are in the fridge. Lunch is some type of chicken salad. Dinner is either shrimp fettucini or turkey tenderloin (I bought both). Its a bit pricey but so convenient to have premeasured "homemade" food in the fridge and not have to think about what to eat or how much I can't eat or if I am eating a healthy balance of nutrients. And just grabbing a lunch pack from the fridge on the way to work really cuts down on time and stress in the morning!

Those fresh healthy meals sound delicious!

Haha, no recipe! Just cut up squash and put it in a sauce pan with water until it was tender and ate it. And now I can't stop!

Okay, but what kind of squash? Summer squash, zucchini, butternut????

That was fabulous! Thanks for all the info! I don't know that I could ever do what you do, but just reading about it was amazing! And so sorry about your husband - what an amazing recovery, and it only makes your family even more impressive and inspiring.

We all do what we MUST when put in a situation, right??? I'm not so amazing... I mostly just cried and prayed in the waiting room while DH was in intensive care! My parents and kids were the amazing ones! They kept life on track at home and.... my parents have always been so wonderful, but they were truly our guardian angels at that point. They moved into my house for nearly 3 weeks to take care of the kids... laundry, dishes, school lunches, drives to swim practice, YOU NAME IT! And meanwhile they did all kinds of chores around the house (touch-up painting. yard work) and made sure that my car was running smoothly and they both made several trips back and forth (90 minutes each way) to the hospital to keep me company and to bring the kids a few times. It was CRAZY!

Also - HOLY MOLEY THAT IT S A LOT OF FRUIT! WOW!

Yeah, it was! It was more than I would normally eat in a WEEK, never mind just 3 days! I don't think I also mentioned the 16 oz. container of baby spinach and the 4 bananas I finished off (in the smoothies) as well! One of my more expensive juicing escapades!

Don't forget your metabolism is probably working better now too, with all of that muscle your gaining from your workouts.... so the splurge pizza WILL burn off faster. BTW, if I order pizza out for myself, I order thin crust (whole wheat if possible), loaded with veggies and LIGHT on the cheese. Most places with do this for you. All of the pizza yumminess but less fat and calories!

Cutting this short as I am falling asleep on the keyboard! Tried to stay up to watch Grey's Anatomy, Scandal and Parenthood, and in the process, I'm up way past my usual 10:00 bedtime!

Went to a trade show today and all that walking, holding all of that SWAG was exhausting!

Sending lots of love to everyone for W/I tomorrow!

Ooohh...hope you got lots of goodies at the show!!

Qotd: I am using my fitness pal. That and bits of paper I leave all over the kitchen/ dining rooms! I'm tracking my exercise on it as well as mapmywalk and of course I have spreadsheet to keep track of total minutes for the exercise challenge thread.

Magdalene--sorry about the yuckiness. Dh has the same problem with morning workouts.

So LOTS of tracking methods!!

Morning all!

Here is your QOTD for Friday April 4, 2014:

This will be a FUN FRIDAY question!

Name your TOP 10 Disney "experiences" (rides, shows, parade, etc) in priority order!

8. Soaking in the sights and sounds of Main Street USA

Buzz Lightyear
Toy Story Mania

WDW:
Mine Train (when it opens!)
Spaceship Earth
Test Track
Kilimanjaro Safaris
PeopleMover

DD and I love People Mover too! Great spot to rest and relax!

Wow that's a difficult one!! I guess I can't chose DCL as my number 1 Disney experience? ;)

I have not experienced World of Colorado and Radiator Springs Racers at DCA yet and do expect them to make the top 10 once I have seen them.

So glad to get an INTERNATIONAL list!! I"m guessing your device auto-corrected "World of Color" to "World of Colorado"! :rotfl:

I haven't Pm'd you at all. I guess I should get on that, huh?

NBD!!

Hmm, I refuse to answer the QOTD today. We are taking a Royal Caribbean cruise in May out of Port Canaveral. DS and I were in Orlando last November for MineCon and actually parked at the Contemporary and took the monorail to the MK just to stand outside the gates for a few minutes... how pathetic is THAT???!! We really didn't have a day to visit the park and it made NO sense to buy tix for just a short evening visit. That being said, I've never been there during Halloween time so at least I could see some of the decorations!:thumbsup2

Hi everyone
I just joined the challenge. I did horrible the last few months.
I hope everyone is having a great day.

SO glad to have you aboard with us!! Go ahead and send me a PM with your starting weight and goal for the month and you'll be good to go!!

Well the scale was kind today. I think my big silly poster I made helped! The kids liked pointing out the slots that did not have a smiley face where I did not eat OP :goodvibes and my oldest liked being the one to draw the smiley so I let him.

How sweet!! :)

Had so much fun the Queen sing-a-long but I think the dude next to me was dragged by his girlfriend! Well that didn't stop me and my GF's from belting out Queen Classics! Not the best choices on the menu but I chose a baked soft pretzel. Everything also was big or cheesy!

I'll bet all of that loud singing burned some calories!!::yes::

I'm so unmotivated today! I got my workout in so that's good. Actually increased my time to 41min on the bike but since then I'm just being lazy! Think I'm already starting the weekend - which actually stresses me. After my weigh-in I have a bad tendency to splurge and I ate some Easter candy I had stashed :( So 260 calories down the drain. OK this splitting headache and pms is also not helping the lazy factor!

Have great weekend!!!

Maybe you could start planning a splurge meal or day? That way, if the candy or whatever is calling to you on Tuesday, you could just remind yourself that your splurge evening will be on XXX night and you can have the ___________ then (if you even still want it). I find it easier to say "not right now" rather than "NO!" or "NEVER AGAIN!" . And often, by splurge time, I don't really even want the junk that was originally tempting me. I've really learned over the years what a GOOD splurge really is and is not.... take-out pizza and fast food burgers and fries RARELY make the cut (although occasionally a handful of 5 Guys fries to sneak in!! ;) ).

I love that your list is SO different from mine! I haven't been on Great Movie Ride since 2002! And I haven't watched Country Bear Jamboree since..... (wait for it......) 1974!!!!!!!!!!! Jeez, I'm OLD!!

If you press the button on the BodyFit device, it simultaneously updates the BodyFit phone app and MFP. MFP shows the calories burned to me, it just does not put them in my feed. Therefore, all my friends think I just sit around all day!

WOOHOO for a "Disney virgin"!! :rotfl:

Welcome to our new members! You will enjoy your time here.

I hope they will!

************************

Evening all! You are going to HATE ME, but I'm putting off updating the first page until the morning. For those of you who know me, I am NOT an evening person.... plus I had a nightmare last night that woke me up and kept me awake for an hour +, so I'm ready to crash already! I started cutting and pasting participant names into a Word document and got myself all confused and rather than start again, I'm giving up for tonight! It sucks to get old!!

Today was okay. Weigh-in was NOT what I was hoping for, but again, I think my scale is acting weird because it showed me UP 2.5 pounds yesterday after 3 days of juicing. Going to give it 24 hours and have a "do-over" weigh-in tomorrow and will take the better of the two numbers as my official weigh-in for this week.

Fridge is BARE since DH never made it to the market for me yesterday, so after tomorrow morning's workout (assuming it will be decent enough outside for a morning walk/run) I will be heading to the market with next week's meal plan in hand! My folks return from a winter in Florida on Wednesday and I may try to make a few meals to stash in their fridge for when they return.... but they live 2 hours away, so that will depend on whether I have Wednesday off next week.

I PROMISE, cross my heart, that page one WILL be updated tomorrow! G'night all!....................P

Not sure how I missed this my first time through! Sorry!

1. Fantasmic at Disneyland with the new dragon.
2. "rescuing" a kitten just outside of the gates at Disneyland and getting an honorary citizen button.

6. Seeing Crush and when crush asked what a boy's favorite color was--he said fish lol. You should have seen Crush's exression...
7. The lobster nachos at the cove bar
8. Pommes frites at Cafe Orleans
9. Riding with the Captain on Mark Twain
10. Dreams come true fireworks

Again, so many things I've never done!!

Been fighting a cold my husband and son have had it finally caught up with me last night. :headache: Think I'll go and just use the jacuzzi and sauna today and I can do a full workout tomorrow.

Sounds like you were quite the prankster! None in this house this year!

This week has not gone well. Why did I have to eat all of the cupcake batter? :confused3 Let's get back on track!

Oh my! All of it???:lmao: Sounds like me with cookie dough!!:thumbsup2

:goodvibes

So many of my absolute FAVORITE Disney memories are with my kiddos as well. Especially memories from our special Mother/Child only trips!

Okay.... NOW, I"m officially caught up! Good night!................P

QOTD: oh my gosh! 10 things? in order?! ummm
Expedition Everest
Tower of Terror
Illuminations
Fantasmic
Test Track
Boma
Space Mtn.
BTMRR
World of Color-DL
Aladdin-DL (can't remember the name of this live show, but I loved it!)
That's not in any order.

DH was asking me how much our anniversary trip to DLR cost! Think that means he needs a Disney fix! I said we'd go back when DS2 goes to college. Gotta be able to wear a celebratory button with "empty nest!" on it. Better start saving now!

Welcome to the newbies! :wave2:

QOTD: What are YOU doing for exercise today??

I have been putting off going on the wii for step class. So I am going to do that today. I have also been seeking out a local class as I am on holiday from work and want to try and get to a class. I think it mat have been 15 to 20 years since I did a class and I am a little nervous about that...
What about you?

oh man! This is making me think! Just over a month and a half till I'm back in the World! (DBF keeps telling me the wedding is more important...he just doesn't get it. :rotfl:)

:rotfl2:

Wow that's a difficult one!! I guess I can't chose DCL as my number 1 Disney experience? ;)

:thumbsup2

Hmm, I refuse to answer the QOTD today. We are taking a Royal Caribbean cruise in May out of Port Canaveral. We were planning on a night or two at WDW since we will be so close, but $500 for 2 days is just too expensive! So we are now going to spend the night before in a cheapish place in Cocoa Beach. I am sooo excited about our cruise, but disappointed about flying into MCO and yet not getting on the magical express.:sad2:

That will be tough but being on a cruise will be a blast! :cool2: Who will take care of all of your critters?

Hi everyone
I just joined the challenge. I did horrible the last few months.
I hope everyone is having a great day.

:welcome: No worries -- it was a long winter for many of us but it's onward and downward now. ::yes::

I'm so unmotivated today! I got my workout in so that's good. Actually increased my time to 41min on the bike but since then I'm just being lazy! Think I'm already starting the weekend - which actually stresses me. After my weigh-in I have a bad tendency to splurge and I ate some Easter candy I had stashed :( So 260 calories down the drain. I keep telling myself be strong for now to lose the weight and THEN I can snack and exercise and maintain but I just don't seem to listen :confused3

From comments made at my WW meeting I think it is very common for people to splurge after a weigh in and it's totally okay as long as you get right back OP -- which you have. A 260 calorie splurge doesn't sound too bad actually! :flower3:

Great list, Kimberly! :thumbsup2 Especially the margaritas! ::yes::

BRB in trouble with the smilie police. ;)

Hope that you are feeling better today, Susan! :flower3: Sounds like you had some excellent April Fool's Day pranks! :thumbsup2

Oh well, you know you are being active. ::yes::

What ADRs are you hoping to get?

This week has not gone well. Why did I have to eat all of the cupcake batter? :confused3 Let's get back on track!

Sorry for the tough week! :flower3: You can do this! :thumbsup2

DD and I love People Mover too! Great spot to rest and relax!

It is a great place to hang out for sure! ::yes::

Ooo, I love a coaching debut! :cool2: Thanks for coaching this week! :flower3:

Today I am running with my running group for my activity. This is totally outside my comfort zone but I am really enjoying it -- even though I am the slowest runner. Everyone is really nice and supportive and it's a lot of fun to run outside instead of circling the indoor track. I've shared this before but it doesn't hurt to remind ourselves.

Once you get started everyone is concentrating on working out and not paying any attention to anyone else -- what kind of class are you thinking about trying?

Have a great week-end all! :goodvibes

Just got back from my meeting - down 0.4 lbs. Not great, but I am still down, which is suprising considering that I threw 2 birthday parties that both involved cake products.

My activity for the day - my plan had been to take the kids for a walk to the park and play for a while but it is -5 (-12 with the windchill) so I might be switching to a new indoor walking tape I picked up from the library. :)

WOW! That is cold. When my children were younger we used to make up dance moves to records on the jukebox. (I still do this if I am home alone :hyper:)
I admire your planning with the tape. I must admit that I have been to a few local clubs and it doesn't look like they do aerobics or step, it is all Zumba and I can't get on with that. So, I have done 20 mins on the wii step instead, motivated by everyone on here telling me what they have done. :worship:
Isn't it great that you are down? Going completely in the right direction ::yes::
Great!

Yay! :cool1: That is sooo exciting.

QOTD: What are YOU doing for exercise today??

Nothing and it sucks! I am still on medical. I did take the dog for a mile walk today and my foot was ok with that. Not thrilled but not yelling at me either. I am scheduled for an OTF class at 8am monday, but I really think I am going to have two cancel it. :(

That will be tough but being on a cruise will be a blast! :cool2: Who will take care of all of your critters?
My mother in law gets that honor. The dog lives with her while we are gone and she comes in once a day to feed and play with the others. She just loves it when we go away.

*********

So far so good today. I am not very hungry, so I didn't have lunch till after 2 when I made myself eat. That happens to me though. Right before feminine issues, I am starving and then once they happen, I could care less about food for a few days. Damn hormones!
