Looks like heroes and villains are the theme this year. I would think they would probably tie in maleficent some how for the upcoming movie.

It would be stupid for them not to advertise the new movie with maleficent.

the very first one was celebrating the leap year in February themed one more Disney Day then the latest one was the Mike And Sulley Monstrous Summer tieing up with their Movie Monsters University.

I went to the monstrous summer one and this one sounds like a cooler idea by far! I think (and hope) they saw the success of the Friday the 13th Villain Party and bring back more hard to find villains like Oogie and Bowler Hat Guy. Hopefully with better crowd control though, that part was awful haha.

We will be getting to WDW on the 24th after a week on the Fantasy & celebrating my birthday on the 25th - what better way to bring in my birthday than in the Magic Kingdom til 0600 with rare characters?! I shall be there.

We went to One More Disney Day a couple of years ago but was off property for that part of our holiday (never again). I remember the hell that was leaving the event and looking at those getting the boat to the Wilderness Lodge enviously - thank the heavens that will be us this time. Those lines were ghastly.

Lumos, you arrive on the 24th? The event is 6am on the 23rd until 6am on the 24th, so unless you're arriving quite early you might be out of luck. Still, a birthday at MK is always a blast no matter what hours you're there!

Just booked our flights!!!

We arrive on the 21st and leave on the 25th. All ADR's are done, have to add DME now....

I'm sooo excited!!!
