Shutters after you leave the boat

Is there a way to look at your pictures after you leave the boat?

We tried the morning before debarking, but they weren't available. And the book that they were supposed to be in was empty. No where did I see that we couldn't look at it afterward, so maybe I missed it? I read all the materials they gave me. :(

Here is the link for purchasing photos after your cruise. But others have said their luck has been varied.

That is more if you missed a photo or two or something is wrong with the one you purchased. You aren't going to be able to look at your pictures online. Once you leave the ship they might give you the option of purchasing the CD with all the pictures, but that is more costly and you are less likely going to remember specific pictures that might be missing. The only way they could select your pictures would be through your stateroom key & face recognition software. You also need to contact them within a couple weeks of getting off the ship.

Thanks for the response. Such a shame. They shouldn't say that pictures are available the morning you debark if that isn't true. And they really should push it more since I missed that and was paying attention. Oh well! Have to hope I got a decent iPhone picture for my signed frame now! :)

We picked up our pictures on the morning of debarkation but my mom didn't have any in her folder and nothing showed up when she swiped her room card either. The staff was very helpful and there was a spot where you could find pictures where they didn't know who they belonged to and she found their pirate party pic. The staff were puzzled too as to why they wouldn't have any and it was discovered that on embarkation my dad was so anxious to get on the ship that they by passed that initial family photo. Well they said THAT photo is the one they go by for the facial recognition and how it is attached to your card. Did you by chance not have that initial picture taken? If so maybe that is why you didn't have any pictures in your folder.

We have skipped the embarkation photo the past two cruises and still had pictures in our file. You can go the last morning, but I wouldn't expect to be able to review all of them if that was the first time you set foot in Shutters. We had to keep up with pictures every day to make sure none were missing and had to get them added to our folder & card.

I thought that was a weird explanation since they ask for your card, it shouldn't matter about the facial recognition. My mom had gone throughout the week and there was never anything when she swiped her card. I guess she should have said something then.
