Question about new credit card policy

Let's say you make a reservation for 'Ohana for 6 people. You show up, but 3 people in your party decided they were tired and wanted to call it a night. Will you be charged $10 per person for those 3 people?
 
I think you will from the way it's worded but I'm not 100% sure. Their seats are still reserved so if they don't show up, 3 people maybe didn't get seats.

No, you won't. As long as at least one person shows up you will not be charged a no-show fee.
 


It was on the website somewhere and of course I can't fond it now, but the official policy is no, just as the OP said. As long as someone shows, doesn't matter if everyone does. Just a heads up too, if you decide to call and try and change it from say 6, to 3....they will cancel and try and rebook, so if there is no current availability, you will be out of luck. Almost happened to us.
