Any dis fans in Maryland

Another Marylander here. We are in Severn. We have been 9 times and will be making our 10th trip in early December. 26 days to go! We have stayed at Pop Century, Animal Kingdom Lodge and Beach Club once each. We usually stay at POR, love it there. Favorite park is Epcot. Favorite ride is a tie between Rockin Roller-coaster and Mission Space.
Does anyone else drive down? We really like having our own transportation.

I'd say "Go Ravens" but it's been a very disappointing year. Sigh:wizard:

We always drive to Baltimore and fly AirTran or Southwest. Have been thinking about driving but i would have to do all the driving. How long does it take you to get there?

It usually takes us about 15 hours. We stop for coffee, gas and bathroom breaks. I pack meals for the trip.

I'm late to the party...

but we live in Gaithersburg. About 5 minutes from the Kentlands, for the person who posted about living there!

We try to go down to WDW twice a year, and just went on our first Disney cruise in September.

We didn't think that we were gonna be able to make a trip down for my birthday this year (next week) because of the cruise, but we just got a decent deal on a VERY quick (2 night) trip at one of the DTD hotels. :cool1::cake:party:

I'm from Dundalk just moved to Orlando 3 weeks ago. I go to Disney once a week here today for Christmas crazy busy.

Near Taneytown here. Usually try to go down a couple of times a year, if we can.
Howdy neighbor! Finksburg here. Can you believe there is even a town by that name???

We are DVC members with points at SSR and BCV. Too many visits to count...in excess of 30. DH, DD(16) and I usually do at least one long summer trip and a long weekend if we can swing it and I usually go for at least one long weekend with the girls.

Favorite resort BCV, although we have stayed at Poly, GF, BWI, BWV, ASM, AKV at Jambo, SSR, the old Dixie landings and WL. Even did the cruise once. We just love the convenience of walking to Epcot and HS.

We live in Columbia...We are DVC members but had a love of all things Disney before. I love staying at the Boardwalk or Carribean Beach. Favorite Park is Epcot, favorite ride is Big Thunder Mountain railroad and made at least 40 trips.

we are also former Oralando area residents.

After this winter would love to see a meet up planned!

Hey, I'm in Pasadena, too!

I've been to Disney World 5 times, Disneyland once, and I'll be at Tokyo Disney in two months. AKL is my favorite resort and DAK is my favorite park. Favorite rides are probably the Safari, Mission: Space, and RnRC.

We are in Joppa the Harford Co area. Been DVC members for years, done 11 Disney cruises some using points some not. Our home resort is Vero Beach, just love it there. Love staying at Old Key West when we want to do the park time.

I'm a Marylander I've been to Disney at least 10 times been on Disney cruise 5 times I love Disney my favorite park has to be magic kingdom fav ride the little mermaid ride. My nickname is Ariel for my red hair my little cuz dosent know my name I'm just the girl with mermaid hair lol.

I'm in Annapolis!

I lived in FL as a kid and have been to WDW tons of times, but most were back when it was only MK and Epcot. My DH had never been until I took him when he was 35 years old. We've gone together 2 times and will be there for a third time at the end of April to celebrate a belated birthday (for me) and our 13th anniversary. It will be the baby's first visit and my 3 y.o.'s second.

I've stayed on-site at Pop and CBR (hated Pop & like CBR) and we're trying out POR this time. I have no desire to buy any timeshare, DVC or otherwise, although I may at some point consider renting points. Maybe. I like the daily maid service and with no kitchenette no one can ask for me to cook meals on vacation . . . .

My favorite rides are Haunted Mansion and Splash Mountain, but my favorite park is Epcot with AK coming in second.

Hey everybody!!! Another Marylander!! I was born and bred in Baltimore City, live in Catonsville now. We are Disney addicts also, DVC members, going on our 5th Disney cruise on April 14, and been to WDW many times, and visited Disneyland last year for the first time.
Number of visits to WDW and or Dcl? WDW-7, DCL-5 soon, DLR-1
Favorite place to stay? Animal Kindom Villas or Contemporary(Bay Lake)
Favorite park? MK, AK close second
Favorite ride? Expedition Everest, Small World, Rockin Roller Coaster, and California Screamin at DLR
