palo brunch or dinner

There is no wrong answer but if I HAD to pick I'd do brunch. Enjoy whatever you decide! :thumbsup2

you know this question really is like ...
"Which of your kids is your favorite" - and you have to pick just one and publicly state it :scared1:

We are taking our second DCL cruise in January and had no problem booking Palo brunch at 75 day mark...I don't think our ship is particularly full though...at last call to DVC MS, every stateroom category was available

I would try both if at all possible. We have done both four times and I prefer the brunch, my in-laws prefer dinner, my husband could go either way. At dinner I really really love the antipasta & flat bread but the rest was not my cup of tea... except the chocolate souffle with the vanilla sauce, who wouldn't love that?!?

This is good to know, since I will be taking our first Disney cruise in the summer. I assume that Palo brunch will be difficult to get at 75 days out...

We are going on our first cruise in January and even with "last dibs" we were able to book Palo Bruno for 11am on the sea day before Castaway Cay! Mom!

My DW, DD (26) and myself did the Palo Brunch last Monday and Dinner on Saturday Night, both on the Dream.

I prefer the Dinner because of the steak, the flat bread and the deserts.

The DD agrees with me.

The DW however likes the brunch, less fancy and she likes all the different kinds of cheeses and deserts.

I would book both!

We could not get it online but got a 10:30 the day of embarkation no problem. Our ship (12/8) was not full at all.

Brunch was amazing. The chicken parm was to die for. The desserts were amazing and just the right size to have 2 or 3 or 4 or 5 ;) I like that brunch allows you to try so many things. DH and I split a pizza, the parm, the Tilapia and I have eggs benedict. Plus everything off the buffet :)

I'm hoping to get dinner the second sea day of our fantasy cruise. But it's our first cruise so we have to wait and see if we get it.

We always try to do both dinner and brunch, but I would give brunch the slight edge:

I say brunch! I'd hate to miss any of the dinner experiences and brunch is Amazing. Each of our meals included a mimosa (or plain champagne).

We just got back from our cruise on the Magic and had brunch at Palo yesterday. The food was incredible, especially the pizza and chicken Parmesan. Our server Susanna was incredible and made our first Palo meal amazing!

DH and I ate at Palo twice for dinner and once for brunch when we were on the Dream in September. Overall, we enjoyed the brunch experience more. If we take another DCL cruise without DD, we'll probably go to one dinner and one brunch. On our upcoming cruise with DD, we're planning just to go for brunch.
