Within check in time at 3 and are flight lands in Orlando at 9 .. Do they allow early check in?

You can check in early, if your room is ready you can go right to it. If not they will text or call you w/it's ready. We will leave or luggage with bell services and do something (Downtown Disney, Water park) or just hang at the resort.

They are very good about making sure that you spend the maximum amount of time in the park and not waiting around for your room. They will hold onto your luggage so that you can come back and check in later and enjoy the parks.

When you are packing for an early flight, make sure you have what you need for the parks in a separate bag that you have what you need at disney.

You can check in anytime after 6 AM; if your room isn't ready, they'll gladly hold your luggage and and call or text you with the room number when it is ready. If you have a package, your dining credits and/or park tickets will also be activated, so you can head off to a park if you'd like.

When we went to Pop last Spring, we got there around 9:30/ 10:00 AM. We did online check-in and there was a place to choose the request of "room ready upon arrival" or something like that. We didn't have any other room requests, so we chose that one. It was nice to get into the room early and freshen up etc... before heading to the parks. Just thought I'd throw it out there.:goodvibes

I suggest doing the online check-in (if you haven't already) and putting in your ETA. When I stayed at Pop in August, I put in my ETA as 11am, but ended up being there an hour earlier. I was pleasantly surprised to have my room ready and told the CM checking me in how happy I was. She told me when you do online check-in, they try to have your room ready for you if you'll be showing up early.
But like others have mentioned, even if your room isn't ready, you can still go to the parks or DTD until your room is ready. Or pack your swimsuits in your carry-on and spend time at the pools. I type this as I'm watching a blizzard outside my window, so swimming weather sounds real good right now!

Just to mention here - you can do online check-in with room requests if you have very specific requests like a first floor room because of a medical issue. You can't specify that on the online check in screen but a phone call to note on your reservation will be fine.

For me, it's just myself and my husband so we don't care where we are. Online check in saves us some hassles but I don't expect my room to be ready when we arrive even with the ETA I've noted (usually an hour earlier than when we will be there). But, every time, the room has been ready which was nice. We just make sure everything is in the car and protected from the sun just in case.

We will be visiting Disney this year, just checking to see if POP Century still have their own transportation to and from the parks,or do they share with Art of animation?
Thank you

They still have their own...at least as of September and I can't imagine that has changed since then or I am sure I would have heard about it...lol!

I always get an early flight in. I do online check in and the room has always been ready...AND I always end up getting my requests. I don't expect the room to be ready though so my backup plan is always to give my luggage to them to hold and I hit the parks immediately. Even when the room is ready...I basically dump all my stuff in the room and am on a bus to the parks within 20 minutes.

Last trip...my plane landed at 11:05 and I had a 12:15-1:15 FP+ for Peter Pan because I wanted it to be my first ride...sentimental value and all that. I knew it was cutting it close but thought it was worth a shot. My room was ready at the resort so I dumped my bags in there and then went straight to the bus stop. I walked off Peter Pan's Flight at 1:10...and I didn't even feel rushed. Not that I would recommend this type of planning to anyone unless they were really willing to just let it go if it didn't work out...but just wanted to share as an example of being able to check in right away, have your room ready, and then dive into the fun of Disney immediately.

This same trip was a split stay at AoA. So on the day I checked out of Pop and into AoA I walked over to AoA at 7am, checked in and...my room was READY!! Same thing...I dropped off the bags in the room and then went straight over to get a bus to Epcot for rope drop. I had also done online check-in 30 days in advance. I love Disney resorts. :)

Did online check in for my. dec 2013 stay. All paperwork was ready. Did not get 1 single request (figures); asked to be closed to main hall....they tried to put at the Very end of the resort!! LOL so I politely asked the mean old lady at the desk if there was anyway to move closer. I really don't think she wanted to, but she ,over me to bldg 3 top floor. Thanks goodness! That bldg and the 4 th floor was soooo quiet. Checking in didn't take or than 5 minutes and I was on my way. Oh I got there about 11:30 am too

When do you do on line check in? I do not know the procedures. Also using MDE and am not sure about this either
