Perception would be if two people were in the exact same spot and one said "WOW it's crowded" and the other said "WOW it's soo empty."
Ah, but one of those two people might be looking at the crowds in the street and saying, "It's so crowded!", while the other person might be looking at the wait times and saying, "It's so empty!"
Alternately, one might be looking at posted wait times and saying, "It's so crowded!", while the other might be looking at the posted wait time and saying, "Nah, that's got to be a lie, the line's not even backed up to the entrance. I'm hopping in!"
But, you're right, too... Location, location, location! I remember the kids commenting on one trip that we always knew we were going in the right direction, if we were moving against the flow of the crowd. Where ever people are, that's where you don't want to be! And crowd calendars like Josh's are incredibly important in figuring out where you want to be.
