November Exercise Challenge--No stuffed turkeys here! Time to get moving. :)

I'm in. Not sure about a goal for the month because my mileage will ramp up as the month goes on.
I'm going to say 950 for now but it might work out to be more than that.

Bam. On the board. 20 mins body weight workout. Not really a fan. I feel like I'm not doing much - not because I'm so strong but more like bc I can't hold myself up properly to do the whole thing and/or all the reps, haha. At least with a hand weight I can get good form and increase as I go. Oh well, always good to try new things!

Power walk

It was such a gorgeous night tonight, and unseasonably warm - nearly 70, very unusual November weather in the Northeast! I wanted to walk longer, but I had to get back home because I had groceries being delivered (one of my favorite things about living in NYC, I grocery shop online and have them delivered most of the time).

Tomorrow is also supposed to be beautiful, so I'll be hopefully getting in a DVD workout and then also a long walk through Central Park before all the leaves fall.

I faithfully did the monthly exercise challenge for 13 months in 2010/2011 - then slacked off. I need to be consistent in doing this again, so for November my goal is 800 minutes.

Nov 2 - 142 min (9 mi) walk, then we took a kayak out in the afternoon at the lake. It was cool, breezy and beautiful! 70 min on that.
