Music will be getting a new Food Court next year similar to the new Food Court they are currently building at Sports.

Music will be getting a new Food Court next year similar to the new Food Court they are currently building at Sports.

Actually, 85% of Dissers will view this as bad luck since the Music food court will be shut down and they will have to make alternative arraignments and Disney needs to give reimbursements for not having a fully functional food court.

I'm interested to know more about this too. We will be at ASMu in February. Hopefully food court refurb won't be happening then.

I'll be there in March, but I don't eat a ton in the FC's so I doubt I'll care if they are refurbing during my stay. I have in the past grabbed a guick hot dog or quesadilla in the FC at night so I guess I'll just make sure to eat at the parks or DTD or get off the bus at Sports. But I don't drink much soda, and I'm kinda food picky anyway so I tend to eat pretty simple and I can get simple anywhere.

I'm one of those who likes to bring a few items for a quick breakfast in the room then I hit the parks. However, I do like to toast my bagel so as long as there is a toaster, I'll be happy.

Ok i just called All Star and they said Is schedule to be done by December 20, 2013.

That would be the sports foodcourt that finishes in December. It's been closed since late August early September.

Music might START soon after that but it won't be finishing.

Please post here if you find out anything else - I have a surprise trip planned here for my dd's birthday in Jan and I'd rather switch if it's going to be closed.

Music food court refurb is rumored but has not been announced/dates not finalized. The call center won't be able to give you any information right now, so if your booked in the near future I would keep an eye out for an announcement here so you can change if it will affect your travel plans.

We'll be there in late January - I can tell you if the Food Court is being redone we'll still stay there. We have feet and can easily walk to Sports or Movies or eat elsewhere (in a park or another resort). So no biggie for us - but I do appreciate being forewarned.
