Meghan I would do your plan of MK on Sunday when you get there. Then you get to do all the nighttime events and enjoy EMH AND you'll still get pool/DTD time.

Love the back to school (and stuff for mom!) shopping! Hope Madison is loving Middle School. Does Cole miss her being around? My little guy keeps asking for his brother every couple hours

I am leaning towards that plan too. I won't be tired from traveling since my flight is at 3pm from Buffalo.

Cole got upset today as he watched her walk into school. He loves his big sister! He was fine when we got home, so no adjustment needed. Me on the other hand..I teared up as I drove away yesterday.

I cannot believe I leave for my trip/conference in 9 DAYS!! I am so excited, but I am reworking my plans yet again. We've been invited to dinner at The Wave with our Disney Rep. Can't wait to try it out! That will be Monday night, so now I have to reselect my FP+ picks. AH!

You're leaving so soon! Eep! You're plans sound like so much fun! My conference next month is actually at the Orlando Conference Center so it's definitely not as Disney centric as yours. I'm trying to change that though, especially with Food and Wine being there at the same time!

Can't wait to hear about Cali Grill! I haven't been to Disney with all this Magic Band and FP+ stuff, that I think I'll be totally out of the loop on how to tour!

Like all the outfits you have planned, of course. I've seen some cute things at Target lately too (Disney sweatshirts and all).

Aw, thanks! She didn't want to wear a dress, but she picked out a skirt. We couldn't find something cute to pair with the skirt and then the first day wasn't that warm.

I love finding deals!

My Target doesn't do a good job at carrying Disney clothing for adults. The kids departments are always stocked, but not women's.

Hi everyone! I cannot believe that I leave in just 5 days! I am so excited but this week is very busy for me. I’m starting to stress out!!! I have lots of clients traveling to WDW in October, so I’m trying to get a jump start on itineraries for them, last minute details, etc so I’m not overwhelmed when I get back home. Madison also started fall dance classes last night and I’ll be heading back to the studio tomorrow night. Can’t forget about Cole’s speech therapist and teacher who are doubled up on visits this week (they come to the house), training some of my team members on My Magic+ stuff, chiropractor appointment tonight, meeting with clients later this week, and most importantly….my hair appointment on Saturday!! The roots need major help and I’m thinking about cutting it again (see pics from my Sept 2010 TR).

I went shoe shopping again on Saturday at Famous Footwear. They had a Buy One Get One ½ off sale and I also had a 20% off coupon for being a member of their reward program. I needed some comfy shoes for the resort site visit on Monday, but they needed to look good with a sundress.


These are like walking on pillows! I believe they were $29.99 which is more than I would normally spend, but the 20% coupon helped.


I normally wear Old Navy flip flops to the parks, but I decided to get something with some arch/heel support (finally…my mother will be so proud). These were normally $19.99 but with the ½ off promo they were $9.99. Again, the 20% coupon took off even more. I paid around $27 for both pairs with tax. I’ll wear these while visiting the parks.

I know that I keep going over my plans, but now they will NOT be changing. Sorry if you are absolutely sick of reading about my plans! I don’t have much else to share right now.

-Head to the MK for some dinner and to watch Celebrate the Magic and Wishes. EMH is 11pm-1am this evening.

Test Track isn’t on the list because I’ll use the Single Rider line
-Magical Express pick-up at the CR around 3:30pm

There are so many souvenirs I’d like to pick up while I’m there.

-New mug/travel mug
-Magic Band accessories
-Duffy outfit for Madison
-New Epcot shirt?

I also always pick up new park maps so I can include them in my client’s documents. Gotta stock up! I also want to check out the 2 new Starbucks locations, try LeFou’s brew, have a yummy cinnamon roll, and I must eat at Sunshine Seasons. My fav!

I will definitely post a packing update (trying to figure out when I’m going to do that)!

I long ago gave up flip flops in the park. It wasn't so much my feet that hurt but my legs! Ouch! Plus the ON flip flops are so cheap they sometimes leave blisters where the straps are.

I can't wait to try it! I heard the foam is the best part.

I have not had any problems wearing ON flip flops on my trips, but I know they're not good for me. I used Body Glide (runners use it; anti-chaffing) for my feet. I apply it anywhere that could run my feet the wrong way. I can't stand sneakers (only wear them when running) and during the winter I live in my Uggs. I don't own any other kind of shoes besides high heels!

Thanks! Of course we got an email today letting us know they're giving us complimentary MNSSHP tickets for Tuesday evening. AH! I would be super happy about this, but that's the night I'm eating at Cali Grill.

The shoes look great! I was tempted to hit up the same sale but I steered clear... I don't need anymore shoes!!
I don't wear flips in the parks usually unless its only for a short period of time... I stick with sneaks. I love uggs in the winter... I live in them too!
