Hi Mel,

I host the stocking exchange, and would be happy to answer your questions.

International participants are welcome to join in. During sign ups, I do ask if there is anyone that is willing to send internationally via AIR MAIL who would like to join in. Somtimes we do have exchanges where there is no one able to send international, and in those situations, I let the international participant know that there is no one able to send to them, so their name will be removed from the exchange.

The price range is not yet set, but it is usually $15.00-$20.00 in items before shipping costs.

Using the Flat Rate boxes here in the U.S. is the best shipping method because of the shape of the stocking, and the weight once all the items are packed. Not sure what the shipping charges from Canada would be, but you are able to use whichever method is cheaper for you, as long as it is sent via AIR MAIL.
