August in Disney - What was I thinking?
Join us on our latest adventure, as the girls and I sweat through 10 days of Disney fun!
This is my 2nd TR, but it was our 4th trip to Disney...
Hi everyone! I am Dorine - but I go by "D~" on The Dis... I subsidize all of my trips to Disney with my sewing, I love what I do, and I love that I am able to add magic to many trips to WDW - including my own.
Most of my days are spent here - in my sewing room... Everything I make and do is done by vintage machine - my newest sewing machine I own is from 1963. However, recently - I've borrowed an embroidery machine from a friend - which allows me to add fonts to my items... It is because of my amazing DH (Josh) that I get to do what I love - he works long hours at a local hospital by day, and a guy of many talents any other time... I owe everything I do to him, because if it wasn't for Josh, I would have to work much harder at something I don't love. He tolerates my Disney obsession because he knows how much I love it, but he does not enjoy Disney trips - he has gone a few times - but prefers to stay home and avoid the lines and crowds.
And then, there's our girls - who accompany me on our Disney trips...
Our oldest is Alli - she is 15 and ready to take on the world with all of her planned adventures. She will start 10th grade in just a few days... She is one of those people that you just can't take your eyes off of - she carries with her a vibrant love of life and laughter.
Our youngest is Victoria - or V - she is 14 and will be starting 9th grade in just a few days. V is my "Momma's girl" - she is often brave and fearless when it comes to anything in life, she loves to spend time babysitting the neighbor kids and baking. I know that I can always count on her.
And finally - our baby... Max... Often referred to as "Maxy-moo-moo" or "Maxy-Moose"... He joined our family as a puppy in March of 2012, and has taken us on some fun adventures and kept us on our toes!
Finally - we love to have fun - we are goofy and loud, but we all love to smile and joke around with eachother...
So, let's get this TR started!

So, we had to wait for the next one to arrive -which took F-O-R-E-V-E-R... I hope this wasn't a precursor of what's to come...
