So I'm probably best to wait for the BB offer when I get there in November, just in case? I would hate to book something and then not qualify for a BB.

I think I know my week and it's a pretty quiet week as the ADRs are wide open that week and it appears to be a very low crowd week.

So I'm suspecting the general public will be offered something, but BB might have a better incentive. ???

We were at WDW the first full week of Feb this year and discounts for that period came out in early Oct. There was both a room only discount and the Stay, Play and Dine plan offered to the general public. It is a slow time of year.

The bounce back offer you receive in Nov most likely will be for free dining in Aug and Sept 2014 if you are there before Nov 15 th. I'm not sure what it will be for resort guests after that date. But the bounce back offer we got was 35% of a deluxe resort while the general public discount was 30% or less for deluxe. So the bounce back is usually a better offer.

Yes. For a room only reservation you have to pay for the first night. For a free dining reservation, which would be a package, you would have to pay $200 down.

It's a package so if you cancel it it's all gone tickets too

Thanks for all the info! Just booked Free Dining for the end of August 2014. Free dining offer is available 8/20 through 9/29. CM was excellent. Shared that if you do not know exact dates you want to stay, you can reserve for up to 14 days, then modify down from there when you know your calendar better.

What if you're not sure of your dates? Could you potentially book and later move your dates so long as they still fall within the BB period?

Absolutely! When I was there in May I just called and threw down the deposit on some random days in October, and once my schedule firmed up mid-summer I called and changed it to the October dates that actually matched my schedule. And then just a few days ago I called to add on a few extra days!

Thanks! This is exactly what I plan on doing. Picking some random dates in October (going for the Room discount - hoping for 35% on BC!) and then firming up with DH later next year.

Yeah just toss down any random date, and then later you can modify it as your plans firm up. I'd recommend taking the Bounceback page home with you, so that when you start making proper plans for when to go, you'll be able to see which dates are and aren't included. You don't want to book something random then later change it to dates that aren't included in the Bounceback by accident
