We had a 3 night stay at ASMo and 7 at POR. Non-working fridge at ASMo. I talked to the manager and he told me I needed "documentation" from Disney that they were giving refunds. Later, I spoke to another manager who gave me the credit within 5 min. To follow up, even later, I got a voicemail from the first manager saying that he noticed Lamar had given me a credit as a good will gesture and he would still like to see my documentation......really??? I ignored his call and enjoyed my $45.
Just a side note~I did bring a collapsable cooler but could never even get a buckets worth of ice from the ice machine, let alone a coolers worth.
Checked into POR and requested a fridge or a credit. Manager sent a fridge up. It didnt work but it had ice in it when it was brought in. We finally discovered that the outlet didn't work. It was much nicer having the fridge for late August!
