Any guests arriving November 1 to 30 receive FP+ testing invites?

I am 68 days from our next Disney adventure. We are checking in at the PCR for nine nights, starting on Nov 4th. I don't have my tickets yet from Undercover Tourist but once I receive them, I will manually link them.


I have setup our MDE, added family, linked our hotel reservations... So far, my MDE contains links for Manage MagicBands and Make Fastpass+ selections but I don't think it allows me to customize and order them.

Anything else I'm missing that I should do??

I am like you only 67 days out we arrive Nov 3 and I plan on buying our tix from UT and linking them. I been holding off buying them so they would run out of the paper tix.

Do we have to do online checkin to customize the MagicBands? I never do it plus we are staying CL for the first time and I'd rather wait and check in when we arrive

We are checking in Nov. 2 as of right now, but I am thinking about adding on a night or two at AoA before that so that we can go to MNSSHP. I guess I have decided to get them so that I can reserve a BOG lunch and a few rides that we have never rode due to long lines, plus my kids will go wild over the bands especially if we get them at home before our trip. I really hate being limited on FP though As far as I can tell, we don't have the ability to order MB, but we are also at Music which may not be part of the test

By the way, can you check in more than 10 days early now?

Interesting. If you check in at 60 days (I believe our mark is coming up), can you still make changes until 45 days? I'm still uncertain on whether I want to just add a day or two on to our package or do a few days room only at AoA. Was hoping to have a little more time to figure it out, but still want to do online check in ASAP to see if MB pops up. Another factor is, if AoA gets MB for Nov and Music does not, then I'd certain do the room only option. Hmmm...

But we should be able to link the paper tickets to MDE and the MagicBand right?

Just as a side mention, I was asked to do a survey in the middle of my MDE browsing session and one of the questions was, have you received an invite to participate in the MagicBands and I answered no. Hoping this will prompt n invite

I did not do online checkin but was able to customize my bands.

I booked through the website so all my stuff showed up automatically. If you booked by phone or travel agent, you should be able to put in your confirmation number for your package and it should link everything.

Our trip begins November 1st and I am patiently waiting for "manage magic bands" to change to "customize magic bands" On MDE. We're doing a split stay at BLT/VGF/BCV. You would think one of them would be testing!

My DME never changed from magic bands and cards to manage magic bands. The only thing that changed for me was that fast pass + showed up under plan and manage.

Someone posted that on the October thread. I gathered from reading through it that some could make fast pass+ selections at 60days but had to wait to order magic bands sometime later when the link on MDE changed from manage to customize. Have you been able to order magic bands?

Not sure if it means anything, but I do have Fastpass+ in my "My Disney Experience" menu under "Plan and Manage". Arriving 11/13 at POFQ.

I spoke to a CM in IT today about getting our Premier AP's added and asked her about the roll out, she also stated they were hoping to have most of it done by end of November!
we are check into AoA Nov 23rd, so don't think it will be an issue for us since AoA is testing now!
been getting friends linked up to MDE today, having issues with the teenagers of the group for some reason, might be making another call to IT tomorrow!

So I was looking on the October board and most People were not being allowed to customize magic bands or do Fastpass plus until around August 22 Regardless what their check-in date was. So for the November people we may be looking for around That time in September. If there is going to be a test for November.
