So today, somehow we managed to get out of the room and get to Epcot by 8:07. EMH today.

By 8:11, TT was 40 minutes as well as Soarin. We got a FP for Soarin, dh and dd did mission space and we waited the 30 minutes (wasn't quite 40) for TT. First time for us since the refurb so we thought it was super cool. Can anyone guess what color a 10 year old girl would make her car???

After TT we did Nemo, Living with the Land and Soarin, which was still at least a 20 min wait with FP but at least wasn't the 110 minute stand by time.

We hit Mouse Gear and spent $40 on Jelly beans and a mug.

Back to the resort for some swimming and guess what they did today???

Woohoo!!! I thanked the CM for doing that.

We did not have any dinner plans for today, but with the help of the Disney app, we were able to secure a Rosé and Crown just in time for Illuminations!!! I'm so excited!!!

Rose & crown for illuminations is so awesome. We have always requested a table outside and have always gotten one. So if you've never done it-ask!!! It's so worth it.

Yay for checking bands at the pool!!

We have!! It's one of our favorites and we have always been given an outside table. It's such a great place to watch from, and the food is great! I was so excited we were able to get a table literally 8 hours before!! I love this Disney app!

I could not believe the lines were so long so early! It was 8:11 in the morning!!! That's insane!!!

We had a room facing towards the parking lot, though. Actually it was mainly a bunch of rocks. Room #1824!

Hi! Thanks for asking! I wasn't sure anyone was following. I did actually come down with a short tummy bug which kept me down for most of the day yesterday.

Rose and Crown was amazing, as always! We were seated (as requested) right along the water side with a perfect view of the show. The food was fantastic! I am allergic to gluten, so the chef came out to tell me what he could prepare for me. I have to say, the chefs have been really amazing during this stay.

So yesterday morning I woke up feeling really poorly. It was EMH day at DHS so the plan was to get there at rope drop. Well, everyone else did, but I stayed in bed and slept. They rode rides (didn't get to do TSM-line was too long) but did some others and watched Indiana Jones. They came back to the room and I was able to pull myself together, take a shower and join them for dinner at Sci Fi. We were supposed to watch Fantasmic but we messed up the time, and by the time we got there it was too late. We will watch it Monday night. We rode rides instead.

Today we slept in and went to TL. We had great fun until lightening moved in and we had to leave. We have dinner at Kona tonight so we are on the bus heading back to the room to shower. After Kona we are going to head over to MK to watch MSEP and Wishes.

I'm so glad your feeling better!! Being sick on any vacation is horrible but knowing your still at disney hopefully makes you feel better too . I look forward to seeing how ur vacation is going and am happy that u did post again. I keep reading about the rain and lightening on FB. im glad the chefs are accommodating u. It's amazing what they do or their guests. I too have food Issues and they have always helped. Another magical thing I think!!!!

Was Sci-Fi crowded? That used to always be such a *hot ticket* but when we were there last month half the tables( I mean...cars lol) were empty at 5:30 PM...never seen that before! Also...was it a big crowd for Illuminations last night?
