BOG new test lunch res online?

last night it let me make a reservation for BOG lunch online using my package number(actually I used the number on our magical express tags due to letters being in our confirmation number because we have a package) and now when trying to log into disneys site it says there is no email address in system matching mine!!!I have been using this email and password regulary for 3 years checking online reservations on my last 3 trips!!!!I am on hold :rolleyes1 with Disney technical support and waited 22 minutes for someone last night but had to put my daughter to bed!!!Cant get to anything now!!!!!:confused3

Try using a login with a different email address. It's almost like it's locking you out. I did that and it worked.

I just got logged in with the MB number but we will be there late october so there's no FP available for our dates yet. We will wait... :wizard:

The same thing happened to me. Did u customize ur magic bands yet? If u did and they are ready to ship then they give u a confirmation number on the magic band page. I tried for weeks to make this ressie work... Was so frustrated and finally saw the magic band confirmation number and it worked!!! I wAs totally not expecting it to work but it did. Oh, I also did the online checkin thing and it still didn't work, but maybe the MB customization and the online checkin was the magic combination.
 


If you don't pre order you do not need it. Without it you will still bypass the line outside the building. They do not have the yellow roses at the restaurant. We checked-in in this order, picked up roses at Mickey's Philharmagic and picked up a reservation card, we did this about an hour before our time. (I'm sure you could pick up your rose as you enter the park at City Hall as it is completely separate from the reservation itself, JMHO) We then checked in at the kiosk to the left of the line during our reservation window. We then checked in inside the restaurant where the RFID chip in the rose is enabled and we found a seat. If you didn't pre-order at this point you would join the line to order and pick up a red rose. They use the roses to find you in the restaurant and deliver your food. Hope that helps!
 
I've tried to do this online and haven't been able to I do not have the mb. Does anyone know if you stop at city hall first thing in the morn and try to get lunch ressie. Dh and I have eaten there in nov for dinner. But would like to try lunch in sept

You do not need a MB for this. It's separate..

Try using a login with a different email address. It's almost like it's locking you out. I did that and it worked.

I've tried both or emails that are registered, and and no luck. I get the same error as the first poster. I've given up hope.

One question...someone had mentioned inquiring at check-in. Do we ask the person checking us into the hotel, or do we go to guest services/concierge? We are at ASMO.

Yep, same thing happening to me, too. Very grateful that I didn't find this until after I'd already made all of my FP+ selections earlier this morning. :rolleyes:
 
Has anybody elses order disappeared on the Be Our Guest site? I made my ressie about 3 nights ago without any problems, 2 nights ago I printed out everything showing our window time, how many guest and menu. Last night went on to change something and the menu is gone and has on there to place order and underneath gives an option to cancel order or modify order by still my menu isn't showing up.

Yes. Same thing happened to me a day or so ago. My time was still correct, but my whole order disappeared. I clicked modify and just re-entered my order. I just checked this morning, and everything was still showing up.

Man this whole system is glitchy!!

Thing is I was able to print out the menu. I was going to re-enter my order but at the end it had dining plan - (next to dp had a what looked like a slider button that was turn off) We are on the dp and will be using this for 1 of our qs meals.:confused:

Yes, this happened to me too.
I had to go back in and select all of my items again. :confused3
I guess I will just keep checking to make sure they don't disappear again.

Mine too, but I think it's because they've made menu changes. I could be mistaken, but I believe a roast beef sandwich replaced a steak sandwich and wasn't there a recent price increase on soda (to $2.99) property-wide? So I'm guessing they reset all of our choices.

Thanks for posting this. I noticed my order disappeared and I didn't want to re-order because I figured I would end up with double orders. I will try it again.

Yes, I made reservations and preordered food yesterday for reservations today. When I picked up my rose at Mickey's Philharmagic I asked the CM if he could see my order. He said he couldn't see the order but he could see the total price of the order. Anyways, we ended up cancelling our reservation anyways because we were just too hot to eat, so I'm not sure if my order was really there or not.
 
I have my pre-order for 9/3. We need to pick up a rose somewhere?

We happened to be ushered in to BOG last Oct during a soft opening and loved the place. Not many people there at that time and it was a breeze to order and be seated.
