Chefs de France

Why is this so hard? I swear, our vacation is not just about food and drinking, but I just looked at the menu for Chefs de France and would love to have dinner there.
Which dinner should we drop?
I also listed (below) our lunches and breakfasts so you have an idea of what our plans are, but would be looking to drop a dinner. We are honeymooning and not on dining plan. Cost is not an issue and we are staying at Boardwalk. I really don't want to drop anything, but Chefs looks fabulous.
We go to Disney every year, so if I can't fit it in, it isn't a huge deal, we can always add it to the never ending list of places to try another time.
It just seems like a nice honeymoon place!
Below are our ADRs- all are new to us except I have dined at LTT and HBD many years ago and they are sentimental to me (fiancé has never been).

Dinner-Le Cellier
Lunch- Liberty Tree Tavern
Dinner- Ohana
Breakfast-Akershaus
Dinner-Yachtsman
Breakfast- Captain's Grille
Late lunch/early Dinner-Hollywood Brown Derby
Breakfast- Tusker House
Lunch- Sanaa
Dinner- Bluezoo
Breakfast- Chef Mickey's
Dinner- Hoop Dee Doo
Dinner- Flying Fish

Thanks for the feedback. Which would you drop or would you squeeze it in someplace? We do have one night we kept open to eat someplace at downtown Disney (probably would just grab some food at the bar someplace).
Also- in case anyone recommends it, we are planning on dinner at V&A's next year for 1 year anniversary trip!
Sorry for rambling!

You have some really good choices, so it's hard to pick one to drop. I would either drop Le Cellier (since you have Yachtsman) or Flying Fish (since you have bluezoo). I would probably drop either of those to fit something different in. :)

First of all congratulations  I would drop one of the "steak" places also (Yachtsman or Le Cellier ) and go for a late dinner at Chefs - as close to Illuminations/park closing as I could get, then after dinner you can walk out of the park minus the crowds - it's romantic and a relaxing way to end the night.

As for Victoria & Albert's - we did this also for an anniversary dinner and it was one of the most spectacular and special events/meals of our lives - so YES DEFINITELY RECOMMEND:thumbsup2

For DTD - we always just sit at the bar of either Rain Forest or Raglan Road - both are great choices.:cool2:
