Okay, I've never used a TA before but decided to with our first cruise. I booked with DU. The automated system sent me an email that stated I'd hear from my TA within 24 hours after my down payment, but I've not heard anything. Our cruise isn't for a year....so no big rush. And I plan on booking my own ADRs, excursions...etc so I don't want to bother my TA if she doesn't need any information or there isn't anything else required for the OBC....etc.
So do I need to contact her for any reason? Or is everything set once we pay in full?
