Anyone know what you get exactly with the rainforest passes? Are they worth buying?

I would HIGHLY recommend that you buy one for each adult in your party BEFORE you go. They're only $16 when purchased ahead of time. I thought that the pass was good for a two hour block of time (for some unknown, crazy reason), but it is a day pass. My husband had never had a spa experience. Needless to say, we thoroughly enjoyed it and will be doing it on our next cruise.
We travel with our children, so I couldn't imagine going more than one day, but I know that others buy multi-day passes.

What all is included? We are traveling with children too but might be able to squeeze in a couple of hours. Is this the spa part with steam rooms and scented showers?

The Rainforrest Pass includes Entry to the Spa area, it has 4 different type of Showers which have different experiences and seances, intensity and aromas.
There is a Tepid Room which is nice to relax in, there is a Steam/ Turkish Room and a Sauna Dry Room. There is a Lounge area, Normal Showers and Dressing Room,
There is 2 Hot Tubs and there is also 6 Hot Tile Lounge Chairs. There is refreshing Lemon ice water and shampoo and Conditioners, and Body lotion To use. You get a Robe to wear over your swim suit.

This is what is on the Disney Dream and the Fantasy.

The Magic and Wonder have less items in their Rainforrest Room.

Here is a great Videos of the Rainforrest room on the Fantasy.

What time of the day did you go? And how crowded did you find it?

We have always gotten the rain forest passes with a package and loved it. Haven't cruised in awhile is there an online link to buy the passes ahead of time?

We're on the Wonder so I'll have to see what all the fuss is about for that ship :).....thanks for pointing out the price prior to sailing.

How much is the length of cruise pass (for a couple)? We always get it but never go every day. I'm thinking maybe a few day passes would be cheaper - but I can't remember how much I paid for the entire cruise last time.

My husband and I love the Rainforest pass. It is a special area in the spa with heated lounge chairs, a dry sauna, usually there is a steam room and another with aroma therapy. There are "rain" and aroma therapy showers as well. You have to be 18 or older to use it and it is such a nice way to relax. I always fall asleep in the heated lounger. I also HIGHLY recommend getting a pass that include the Rasule (if I spelled that correctly) room for an hour (I think). Very romantic. TOTALLY worth it.

Sea days very crowded, port days, usually not so much (unless your port is the Bahamas where many folks don't bother getting off the ship anymore)

Loved it. Never crowded during our 5 day dream. Adults in group showered there. Elemis hair and body products, disposable razors, blow dryers. Wore robe from rf back to room, just one of those woven ones.

Call me crazy, but hubby and I didn't care for it. We aren't fans of sitting in hot saunas and then getting in ice cold showers. BRRRR!! The coolest part about it for us was the hot tubs. We went when the ship was at Nassau and we were the only ones in there for the majority of the time we were there. It was probably a good thing from the silly squirming we did from being so cold lol.

Don't get me wrong, it's definitely an experience, it's just not for us so it's two less people y'all will have to deal with in there :-)

It is a beautiful view and beautiful spa, though!

Can you get the 7 day pass online? I can't seem to find it and when we called were told they didn't see it either? We would really like to get a couples week pass

Highly recommend the pass we went everyday for hours...we never once took a shower in our cabins..the showers in the locker rooms are FANTASTIC and they have all the ELEMIS products you want to use ...we never found it crowded and would go throughout the day...ENJOY :yay:

You don't need the pass for that.
I showered in the locker room everyday also. I always had it to myself. Maybe because not many men use the facilities. Anyway, I loved it.

Only single day passes are available online. The couples cruise long pass is available once on the ship.

We were on the fantasy for the August 10 eastern carribean cruise. We bought day passes on board for $15 each. There were two people when we first got there and two different people as we were leaving! On an at sea day!! We are already planning on buying the week pass next summer when we cruise again! So nice!
