25th Anniversary Cruise on the Dream

So excitedJust booked DH and I for a 3 day cruise for our 25th Anniversary!!!! We haven't done a cruise in a while and due to college expenses for 2 kids, all we can do is a 3 day trip. Haven't been on the Dream or to the Bahamas, but looking forward to our cruise

You are going to have a blast!!!! My husband and I celebrated our 25th on the Fantasy this past May and it was so special!!! Make sure you let them know about your special occasion and what night you would like to celebrate so they can celebrate with you. We got a special pin that was given to us ("Happy Anniversary") and even our server wore a pin that night (Happy Anniversary) and when I heard another table asking him what he was celebrating he pointed at us (Great Server)and stated that he was celebrating our anniversary. Very special. Have fun and Congrats!!!

In 2011 we were lucky enough to do the inaugural Alaskan cruise which left EXACTLY on our 30th wedding anniversary. As we boarded I told the CM and they added that to the announcement. It was very nice.

My husband and I are celebrating our 25th with Disney too. We're doing the 4 day on the Dream in October. We haven't been on a vacation by ourselves since our 20th. We have two in college as well, so I feel your pain.
Our friends think we're crazy for going on a Disney cruise for our anniversary but Disney is really special to both of us. Our first day was at the Magic Kingdom and Mickey has been with us ever since.

It's obvious 1988 & 1989 were great years! We'll be celebrating our 25th in Sept. 2014 on the Fantasy 7-day Eastern Caribbean. I'm already obsessing!

You'll enjoy it. My wife and I celebrated our 25th in Disneyworld without the kids (split stay between Grand Floridian and Wilderness Lodge). We didn't cruise until our 30th. For that on we took a 7 day cruise on the Magic with our 4 kids, one boyfriend (now husband), my parents, my wife's mother and Yoda. Had a great time with everyone.

Congrats to all celebrating anniversaries! DH and I are booked on the Dream 3 night leaving on Oct. 17th. It's our first cruise and we are celebrating our 30th anniversary.I just finished booking an excursion and checking in on line and it was a breeze! Thanks to everybody on these boards for all the great info and advice that you share.

Our 11th anniversary will be 5/3 and we are boarding 5/5 for the Magic! And Twinkie's 12th is the week before. Her honey likes WDW but isn't convinced about DCL. We booked a 4 day. Figure if he hates it, its only 4 days but I think he would like it much more than the oldest CCL ship in the fleet which was his only cruise. Twinkie is seriously hoping he comes around to DC..
We are hoping he actually gets on board...
