Running with epi-pen and phone

Hi all!
I've been running again for the past month or so and am finding that all my "stuff" it too bouncy. Can you suggest a pouch or something that minimizes bouncing? I'm currently using an Amphipod Airflow Microstretch Belt. (this one http://www.amphipod.com/products/holders/day-of-race/airflow-microstretch-belt )

Here's what I carry in it:
  • Emergency contact card - size of credit card - laminated.
  • epi-pen - because we don't know what I'm allergic to, but bug bites set me off pretty badly.
  • iphone - This is new to me. It's a 4, so it's smaller, but I used to carry a construction-grade cell phone and it was darn near impossible to kill it or even scratch it. Now, this thing is super expensive to replace, and I have a slim case on it to protect the back and a screen protector over the glass. If it's rainy, I throw it in a snack sized ziplock baggie. But I have to have it with me - If I have to use my epi-pen, I have to be able to call 911, because the epi-pen will only buy me 10 or 15 mins, not enough time to get home or find someone to call 911 for me.
  • key - a single key. It jingles when I run, which is annoying, but livable.

I'm just annoyed by the bouncing of the phone and the epi pen. I've tried making the pouch tighter, but then it just squeezes my muffin-top AND bounces. I thought about an arm pouch for my phone and leaving everything else, but it just seems like SO MUCH STUFF for a 3 mile run, you know? Arm band, pouch, earphone wire... geez!

TIA for any suggestions!

I use the amphipod runlite and have had no problems with bouncing. (I have the 4 water-bottle version, but I have ever only carried 3 bottles at once.) I only carry a my iphone though. It is pouch big enough to carry the other stuff though. Personally I dont carry an ID card. I have the Road ID and love it! Since you have medical issues you might consider getting one.

How are you wearing your belt? I wear a Nathan running belt which looks similar to your belt. I wear it low on my hip, just above my hip bones, pack in back, it is snug and doesn't move. I carry iphone with earbuds, keys(3), plastic baggie (for phone in case of rain) and a pack of tissue.

I got this one last week at Team Mickey in Downtown Disney. I have worn it for 3 runs so far and love it. I carried my iPhone 4s, driver's license, some cash, and a little packet of meds. Gives you 2 6 oz water bottles too.

I run in Sparkle Skirts sparkle tech and in the waistband zippered pocket I carry

Those look awesome! Do they really not ride up? Are they like bike shorts underneath so they "stick" to you without chafing?

Edit: I went ahead and bought 2 skirts. They look really cool and comfy, so we shall see. I got the shipping notification within 20 minutes of ordering. They are speedy!
