MISSION SPACE Orange vs Green!!!!

We did both last year and we all loved the orange more...myself, DH, DD9, & DS7 at the time.

I love orange! I have never had a problem riding it, but I know it can make others feel sick. I thought green was pretty boring. It isn't worth riding for me.

I agree....when we go back in October we wont even bother with green.

I really enjoy the green side. They'd be carrying me out of the orange side on a stretcher.

Orange made me feel like I had a horrific hangover, and I LOVE thrill rides. Ill go on anything.

Green for me Im afraid.

The special effects on the orange side are amazing. Unfortunately not everyone can handle those effects, and it's nice that those of us who can't don't have to totally skip the ride. The green side is tame in comparison, sure, but it's still fun.

In didn't like either version. The orange made me feel terrible and I was done for the day. The green did not make me sick but I did not enjoy it either. Too confining.

Did Orange for my only time on it with DD1 who is 7. I liked it but she said it felt like someone put a rock on her head. She wants to do Green next time.

Honestly, aside from the orange pulling some harder G's during the launch, I didn't notice much difference.

First time rider so I thought let's go for it...did orange in '08. You only live once, right?

I spent most of my mission trying not to yak pretty much as soon as the launching started. Felt funny for several hours after. Not how I want to spend my Disney vacay.

Tried the green side in '12...really enjoyable! Actually saw the ride this time. ;) Even convinced my mom to ride with me (she was not happy with my orange choice before) after I assured her it was much better.

That's the only thing that's really different.. the g force.

I love thrill rides but I can't spin do to my blood pressure medicine. If you can spin like a million miles per hour you will be okay. I didn't do well on the Orange took me about an hour to recover. Green for me I enjoyed the ride and didn't feel like I was going to die.

Does anybody know (approximately) what the spin radius is on Mission Space? I've found the last 5 years or so that the tight spinning rides like the Mad Tea Party usually ruin my day, but bigger rides do not. I rode the green side in 2011 but I didn't get an idea of how tight it was spinning.

Which Mission Space do you prefer, Orange or Green. (trying to decide wether to brave Orange) ;)

I've done both since a few years ago I couldn't do thrills due to an injury. You don't really miss anything by going on the green side and I was quite surprised with how well I liked it and the husband was fine with it too.

However, now that I've been cleared for thrills again, it's orange every time.
