Which would you choose?

It will be myself, my husband and our daughter (she will be 5 then)

My husband prefers to eat low carb, so that's a factor.

Certainly not low carb but Via Napoli is my favorite. If the carbs are a consideration Teppan Edo may be a good choice? Pretty standard Japanese steakhouse but if you skip the noodles and rice there is still a lot of food.

I don't know if I would consider it low carb or not, but IF I had to choose one restaurant in Epcot it would definitely be Chefs de France!

Teppan Edo is perfect - great service, consistantly good quality food and easily low carb. They give you lots of grilled veggies and meats. I'm sure you could just ask for extra veggies instead of the noodles/rice.

I agree.

My top picks would be: Via, Chefs/France, Teppan Edo. In that order. Via isnt exactly low carb but its delish! Without the noodles and rice at teppan, im not sure it would be nearly enough food for your hubby to be honest. Chefs/France might be your best choice. You can order the 1/2 chicken with a salad, its a good portion for sure! :thumbsup2

Out of the ts in Epcot we've done my top 3 would be Le Cellier, San Angel and Via Napoli (although the last is def. not low carb haha)

For low carb eating I would suggest Biergarten. Lots of meats and such on the menu. It is a buffet and it is communal seating, usually 8 to a table. But it is a fun atmosphere.

For low carb, another vote for Teppan Edo. Without restrictions, Via Napoli and Nine Dragons

Another vote for Japan. I know they have a good selection of sashimi at Tokyo Dining and I think you can get it Teppan Edo someone correct me if I am wrong.

I know I'm probably in the minority, but my absolute favorite TS at EPCOT is Coral Reef. We've been twice now and on our trip in March it was our very best TS experience of the trip besides BOG dinner.

Definitely Via Napoli or Le Cellier for me. Via isn't going to be low carb, but one does need to give oneself a break every so often from a diet.

My family is a fan of Garden Grill in the Land Pavillion. Laid back character meal and your husband can easily keep to his low carb diet!!! It's pretty darn good food too.....
