Free Dining Extension ~ Oct-Dec

I'm sure the answer to my question is already here somewhere, so I apologize for asking again. If I check in on the last day that the FD was offered, would it apply to my entire 10 day visit? Or just that 1day?

Very good point you just brought up. If Disney has your TAs email as your primary, they will send TA email. Fortunately I have an awesome TA and she forwarded ASAP to me. I called Disney and had them put my email as primary; and I have booked without TA before too. Always good to check with Disney to make sure they have your correct info. : )

Lol...again, how can we rationalize all these inconsistencies? Funny, they sent my PIN via my TA and Disney had her email as my primary. After some digging they found my email. Maybe it has something to do with CRO versus Disney Travel Company agents???????? Who knows anymore?

Edit: The agent your TA spoke with probably did everything correctly. The CM my TA had didn't even get the free dining part right...haha

was the second week in Dec.? Although the poster to whom this was directed is not checking out til 12/9 so perhaps the hordes are arriving that weekend? We are checking out 12/6 and hoping to miss them!! (Pop Warner not the poster :lmao:)

No, I checked, it looks like they'll be arriving on 12/7. I hope "overflow" means "a few stragglers" and not "hordes of children". We specifically stay at POFQ because it's always super quiet.
 
Still no PIN :scared: ...but I've gotten a "Disney Destinations: Order your Disney planning DVD" email every day this week! :cheer2::confused3:sad2::headache:
 
On the free dining pin...I am not even getting the Request your DVD anymore :(

I have deemed myself to be on the black list for Pins.

My only hope now is for the Public Free Dining...and must I emphasize I HOPE IT'S SOONER RATHER THAN LATER!!!
 
We received the free dining pin code again yesterday. The day before I had ordered a DVD for a trip that was already scheduled. The pin code came to my email on May 9th and we didn't plan to go so I deleted it. Then we decided to go, but could not find the email in the Trash folder or anywhere else. I called and was told since the pin code was in my mother's name, even though my email address, we could not use it. I told the CM that I had used her pin codes in the past, and she still refused. I told her that my mother lives in my home and the email is for the household and she refused.
I thanked her, hung up, then called right back. The CM said the email is for the household and we could use it. We are booked for December 15-25th at French Quarter.

Congratulations! Disney should really train their CMs to be more consistent. It's the luck of the draw whether you get someone who really knows what's up.

Congrats, glad you knew to try someone else. The inconstancies worry me that sometimes people get the wrong info and don't know better.

My mother in law and father in law each got PINS for free dining. I called to see if it could be applied to me and was turned down. :(

Asked them to look up my name or my wife's name and ... nothing...

Hoping for free dining in October or my own PIN between now and then..
 
Wow! I just called to see if I had a PIN, I did NOT but she was going to give it to me anyway! EXCEPT, I'm booked at POR and she said the PINs for POR are completely sold out! And that she could get me FD at another resort. But no way am I changing resorts. She told me to keep an eye out mid July for a public offer. I'm disappointed but love that she did that for me! I didn't ask for it either. :))
