GKTW Event: 3rd annual NE Meet for GKTW

After todays weather.... 70's would be nice.... Tara... did you ever get your final head count?!?!?

For anyone who is interested, I had to contact the Hilton Garden Inn to ask some other questions, so I asked about the lounge hours. The bar will be open until 1:00 a.m. both Friday and Saturday, and the kitchen closes at 10:00 p.m. both nights.

So excited! Can't wait to get there!

I'm trying to convince DH that we should attend. We've never been to a meet and won't know anyone. We'll be driving up from Braintree. I'm hoping that we can attend the welcome banquet tomorrow and the Podcast taping. Can we pay for the banquet at the door tomorrow?


ETA: If we make it, should I bring my pins for trading?

Oh come on now....my town has one in the center of town...and I just got back from driving dd to Woods Hole...two of the danged things on the way (each way!!) I think that either there were some monkeys driving some of the cars thru those rotaries, or, perhaps having a monkey in the car would have helped by taking the driver's attention off the rotary (less stress).

Wonder how many I'll have to get through (with those that have no idea how to manage them) tomorrow night???

And I wonder if any of the podcasters coming in to Manchester discovered there are now two just to get out of the airport...

There is a rumor in town that they want to rebuild the main intersection in town, and someone said they want a rotary

I don't think Leominster has any rotaries. Monoosnoc CC easy to get to off Rte 2. Take Rte. 13 exit, under the RR bridge. About a mile on the right.
