Coffee avail at resorts

With the switch to Starbucks, DH is curious what coffee is avail at the resort to fill his mug?

I think I should add: staying at OKW end of July. DH has always preferred to fill his mug at QS then make it in the room.

For the refillable mugs, it used to be Nescafe. But it appears the resorts are in the process of switching over to Joffreys. A couple have already switched over.

OKW does not have the Cuisinart pod coffee maker, but a Mr Coffee style with a basket filter. You need to provide your own filters and coffee if you want more than a few cups every four days. They provide a single (maybe one regular and one decaf)packet every service day. The packet makes about four cups.

Actually if it is a cash reservation you get maid service everyday. I also believe you can ask for extras if it is points rental. I'm doubting seriously that they are going to make DVC ration coffee.

The food court uses premade coffee syrup for the machines, which has a whole debate between brewed coffee and reconstituted sludge.

However it will be Nescafe which means it won't be coffee either way.

My mom says that it's drinkable, I choose to disagree, I brink Via Packs or buy bottled coffee drinks. I wish they used Kurigs. Or I wish the rooms still had coffee pots. We're probably going to by some Folgers pods at Amazon.

We are staying at PO-R in a few weeks. Does anyone know what type of coffee maker they have there?

It's a pod machine. It uses small flat self contained filter packs about the size of a cotton makeup round.

We had the Cusinart pod with Cusinart coffee. Not Nescafé. But the resorts are switching to Joffery, don't know how long it will take for switchover. I guess they may be waiting to get low on the cusinart pods. I didn't think they were bad.

Can you buy the pods anywhere? Does disney offer flavor coffee with it?

I scored a compact cuisinart kuerig coffee maker from kohls for $53. I planned on bringing that along. We are splitting this trip with a sty at AKV-K for 5 more nights. I love my flavored coffee.

Google individual coffee pods. You should get a fair number of its. I've only seen plain coffee in stores.
