I will be no help with giving you any ideas... not that creative. The most you would get out of me would be stick figures with mouse ears..:rotfl2:

My first thought was maybe a take off from the movie castaway, where the soccer ball could have Mickey ears... and the characters are on the beach...

Ok, I didnt think about that, but since you put that thought in my brain, I may run with it.....I actually googled pictures from the movie and found one...I will send it to my son tonite and see what he can come up with...:thumbsup2

see your more creative than you thought...:goodvibes

...and you say you're not creative! Actually, stick figures with mouse ears might be cute!

We have a website for this cruise where you can join the roll call, sign up for the FE and see what events we have planned. The link is in my signature.

I see you are in Orlando, we are in Clermont.

Awesome, thanks!
Clermont! Another close to the Mouse House. We just moved back last week from N. FL. We were four hours from Mickey and that was just TOO FAR!

Thanks for the info on the website, I'll check it out!!:cool1:

It's nice to have you join us, Dorinda and George! We've been on the Magic and the Dream so after Fantasy we're still missing the Wonder. We've done a lot of cruising with other cruise lines and currently have 2 others booked! This one will be the best, though!
I don't want summer to fly by too fast; otherwise, I'd say I can hardly wait ;)

Angie

So I think we are going to have to decide what sea day we want to do brunch and around what time...and go from there. I am just wondering if the second sea day would be better....as most people will book the first day? I don't know just throw thoughts out there.....

I would like to do brunch around the 10:30 am time...what is everyone else's feelings on this time? I don't care which sea day 1st or 2nd.

anyway, still home right now, our water heater went out!! $$$$ just what I don't need right now...so they are installing the new one now, then I will head to work this afternoon.

have a good one

I'm happy to go with whatever suits everyone else. I can't book until September anyway, so there's plenty of time to work it out :dance3:

Well, our plans were to do it on the first sea day as that is our actual anniversary. We usually do brunch at 10, is that too early? We can push it to 10:30 if that is what everyone wants.

I'm good with that time, too.

we are shooting for the first sea day too, time works for us. But we will take whatever we can get :cool1:

Same here. Whatever is going is fine by me popcorn::

Also got exciting news this morning.....

Heather (my daughter) had her ultrasound and were having another GIRL..:cloud9:
I know that Isabella wanted a sister and no brother and actually at this point Heather wanted another girl.....I'm good and happy....just want the baby to be healthy :thumbsup2

That is wonderful news :lovestruc

...a kiss without a hug????

I know! Who'd have thought it, huh?

I really thought it would be a boy!
Hi, I am Sue, Dee friend that has know replace Wally. Well, not replaced him, you know I just like Cruses!!

Welcome, Sue

Denise and Sue,

I updated the picture in the mug shots and I added Sue to the roll call.... you are both there for the world to see....:cool1:

It's funny, when I was updating the roll call it is amazing to see how many people signed up and never came back to the thread to post. Makes you wonder how many are still cruising with us.

Same goes for the FE, I have no idea who more than half of the people who signed up are. :confused3

We had the same thing on our last cruise, though. It must just be the way people are these days :worried:

Guess I forgot to post it. Yes, we will be officially in Florida as of Aug 1st. :dance3: I am leaving again on the 28th until the 14th of July. Coming back up here to clean up the rental and get the bedroom set to Marks sister and close out some last minute items.

I am staying with my company, I will still need to come up here every other month for 2 weeks for work but that is ok. I keep my job and salary which would have been cut dramatically if I left. Plus we are going through major layoffs again. So figured stick with the job as long as I can since the severance packages are quite hefty.

Hope everything goes well for you both. Do you have any pictures of your old house that you sold? It sounded lovely.

Hi all! Just joined this cruise last night!!

It will be my 4th, DH's 3rd, and our DS's (3 1/2 yo) first ever!! So excited!!

Welcome :cool1:

I know! It's so close I can almost taste the sea air :cool2:

I was trying to remember if anyone had volunteered to run the FE. If so, please let me know so I can add your name to the webpage.

:confused:We've booked a week at Old Key West starting the last weekend in Sept. We're plan on purchasing the Dining Plan. Does anyone have any suggestions for places we should really try to reserve?

Angie:confused3

Depends on what you like and where you will be. Are you looking for strictly in the parks or are the resorts on your list.

Magic Kingdom: We really enjoyed Be our guest for lunch and we like Tony's town sq for dinner.

Hollywood Studios: We like Mama Melrose, and get the Fantasmic package if you can. We also like 50's primtime

Animal Kingdom: Yak and Yeti

EPCOT: to be honest, most of our meals were just OK, so I would be hard pressed to recommend anything.

Boma at Animal Kingdom Lodge is one of my favorites and I enjoy whispering Canyon at Wilderness Lodge. I hear lots of good things about Ohana at the Polynesian (we haven't tried it yet).

You will probably get a variety of responses from everyone since tastes and interests are so different.

I thought that many many post's back someone had said they would be in charge, however, I don't know who that was....or I could have just dreamt that??:confused3:rotfl:

Well Sue and I have picked what excursion we want to do....I don't think we are going to do anything at Costa Maya, its such a short time, most likely will get off the ship and do a little site seeing in the area, but no excursions.., we are going to do the Catamaran in Cozumel and if we make Grand Cayman, I want to go to Hell....:) just sayin!!!:lmao: but really I want to mail a few post cards from there.

I have also been looking into Limo's I have a few priced out, will call them in a few months to book.
Going to pay the rest of the cruise late July and that's about it.....

Getting closer :beach:

later
:wave2:

We went to hell and got out alive....:rotfl2:

I think grand cayman we will do a catamaran, we usually don't do them but it's been a while. Mark will do one of the cooking classes in Cozumel and I will do my customary get off the ship, buy a tee shirt and back to the ship.

what's the Limo for?

I remember someone saying they would do the FE too, but can't remember who. we have the list so there really isn't a lot to do with it unless the group gets big.

Thanks for your suggestions, Chuck. :thumbsup2 We've been to Yak & Yeti a couple of times and really enjoyed it. Tony's was good too. We're thinking about Le Cellier at EPCOT as we've heard good things about it. Since we like food it is so hard to narrow it down! Just wanted to get an idea as to what others enjoy--Angie
