From what I've heard, it appears that the expansion would take out the area between Star Tours and the auto stunt show stadium, including the Muppet theater and Honey, I Shrunk the Kids play area.

I will seriously hurt someone if they take out the HISTK play area

I'd rather see this expansion first over Avatarland as Star Wars has stayed the test of time and Pixar is so relevant to Disney. It's just too late for Avatar just like IA was too late, the show had already jumped the shark and now just isn't that relevant.

Both of these lands are a far better idea than Avatarland ever could be. I hope it's true and they move as quickly as the they can getting them done.

They certainly make more sense than Avatarland does.

I did too. Now if this is all reality, I just hope it doesn't mean they skimp on $$ to do both. I wish it were just SW Land as I hate clones. But perhaps DHS would get different CL related rides and what have you.

I did too. Now if this is all reality, I just hope it doesn't mean they skimp on $$ to do both. I wish it were just SW Land as I hate clones. But perhaps DHS would get different CL related rides and what have you.

Clones don't bother me so much, because I have no immediate plans to return to DLR. So Cars Land at DHS sounds like a winner.

I think there is a good chance of one or the other coming within the time period indicated. Now which one is a toss up. If Star Wars Land I would not expect to hear much more until closer to the release of the new movies (if not until after the release of the first one). I actually would put more stock into the Carsland/Pixar based land because those movies have proven themselves in recent history.

My guess is that whatever the plan for DHS turns out to be, it will be unveiled at the D23 convention this year. I figure there must be something coming to DHS because there have been too many rumblings for too long for there not to be anything.

I just got back from WDW a couple of days ago and I went to Cars Land last year the opening week.

I don't think that Cars Land belongs at WDW, it should be exclusive to California Adventure. If you want to see Cars Land then you are going to have to make the trip to California!!!!

But seriously, you are right, even if there was a Carsland in DHS, I would still plan to visit DL at some point but not after that, or at least not as often as I go to Orlando, and I wouldn't make a trip to DL just for that.
