I am no engineer, but in my minds eye I see a cross between a Dumbo type ride on steroids and the Buzz Lightyear ride. I see it in an enclosed area. I am not seeing Planes, but more of a spaceship for a possible Stitch ride (love the poor guy and he needs a new ride that will do him justice, right?) Inside the craft is a computerized screen that will show all details of the game/ride. The outside arena area will contain graphics/targets to shoot/capture the rogue aliens and each one hit will show up on your screen in an enclosed capsule. The spaceship itself will move/twist in all directions and the driver will have some control. And lighting projections of Stitch inside the cabin will allow him to be your co-pilot.

If others have suggested this before, I appologize. Ditch Avatarland and use the recently aquired rights to StarWars to build Endor at AK. Change little planes in schematics to speeders. Move Star Tours from DS.

If free dining is released for my dates how do I apply it?

Is it automatic?

I am already payed in full. Would I have to cancel and rebook?

If it is released is it limited to certain numbers?

Can you upgrade free dining to deluxe and pay the difference?

When is it forecasted for Disney to release these offers? Should I just check here everyday?

You have to call when it is released. The speculated time frame is late July to early August, but it could be sooner. A limited number of rooms is allotted for discounts. It is not guaranteed, and I am pretty sure you can pay extra to upgrade to deluxe dining.

Hi and Welcome! I love your cute little Tigger!

If free dining is offered, simply call Disney/TA, and tell them you want free dining applied. Calling as soon as offer is released will help ensure that the room of your choice is available for promo. Each resort has a predetermined amount of rooms available, so it is always good to have a second room category/resort choice.

If you have already booked a package, you do not have to cancel, simply do the above. If RO was booked, then that has to be cancelled and rebooked.

Promos for fall are typically released in July or early August and hopefully we will have a leak and will give us advance notice of what the promo might be. Follow here and/or our other thread: Free Dining Extension-Oct-Dec.

Yes, you can always upgrade dining plan. Just pay the price difference.

Oh I don't think it's soarin that would be effected. They're going to replace the film there anyway very soon, into more of a soarin over the world.

Also, concerning a comment on Avatar-land....if an announcement isn't made at D23 in August, I think very likely this is a dead project.

The announcement I wouldn't be at all surprised to hear is Cars Land.

Many good signs of preperation as well. Lights Motors Action and the Backlot tour have been leaked to be going bye bye very soon. These are the things that would need to go for Cars Land to even begin to happen. So, all in all, good signs ahead.

Don't even get me started on Star Wars Land, that's a whole other discussion.

Hi Mum from Oz, My only thought for you with the upgrading to the deluxe dining plan, before you do it (if it becomes available) look to see how much food you will be eating each day, and how much time it will take away from parks and rides. Even with the regular plan, it's a lot of food! Enjoy!!
