Grand floridian tea

Love the tea DD & I go almost every trip!

If you do not like tea they have other choices for beverage. You can get soda, juice, water, adult beverages & milk. Also, most of the things on the menu are sold separate so you could make up your own meal.

Have fun & I think it would be a wonderful surprise! Call & get your ADR! You will not be disappointed. Love have tea at The Grand Floridian!

I did this in september 2012 and had the princess Kate tea. Yes it was pricey but what a treat. I loved the china it's verry like what i have at home. The food was heavenly. I wore white capis and polo shirt. It wasn't verry crowded but i got the late setting around 3:40. I got a table over looking the main grounds. I will be doing this again. The only tip i have is try and get the setting for two o'clock and use it as a light lunch. I could barley finish my five o'clock dinner:cool1:

Great tip! It was our lunch, and we had a late dinner that night.

Any chance you can use a dining credit for this?

Hello, they do not accept any of the dining plans for this, but they do accept the Tables in Wonderland card if you have that.

Also, they changed the menu a little bit compared to what i posted a while back. No major changes, but there were a few modifications.

Hope this helps.

Thank you! I'm considering "tea" with my 5 year old for her birthday. I think she would LOVE it! Any chance I could have a Cinderella chocolate slipper delivered to our table? Thanks!

I don't know about something extra like the slipper, but if you get her the Mrs Potts tea "package", she'll have more chocolate milk than she knows what to do with, adorable little sandwiches, AND two little desserts that she gets to choose. If she's like my 4 year old cousin, she won't have any room left in her head for thoughts of anything else, and will be 100% pleased with what she has.

Thank you! Does anyone think this could replace CRT? I know it's fabulous but it's also expensive. I want my little princess to enjoy her day but I also know how hard my husband has to work for us to take a vacation. Thoughts?

My dd and I have done this sev times and one time I did have the chocolate slipper delivered there. I can't remember who I called to arrange that tho

Yes, it can be ordered by calling the "Cake" ordering number. I think the info is on a Stickie.

That would be fabulous! Do you think this would be as special as CRT or no?

Your DD will think the Tea is special!, especially with the Slipper dessert and the CM may bring her a flower. Four years ago, my two college-aged daughters and I had a Girls's Trip Tea w/ Slipper Dessert and the CM brought us each a rose. It was a very nice experience in beautiful surroundings. I think your daughter would feel extra special on her day!

Thank you! Anything else we could do to make it extra special? Will they serve my 5 year old special china?!

I believe everything is served on china. Maybe you or your husband can give her a tour of Grand Floridian before your reservation while the other parent drops off a birthday tiara at her place setting. There are a lot of inexpensive tiaras on Amazon!:)
